Spacious for 6 people stay in the same room, good for family stay, the location is convenient to shopping malls and rail/ train station

This place is incredibly convenient, just a 7-8 minute walk from Shinjuku Station. You can also take bus route 51 a few stops to Shibuya Station, and both areas are a shopper's paradise! The front desk service is excellent; many international guests stay here, and the staff's English is almost accent-free. The toilet and shower are separate, and the sink is in another room, which is great for those who like to take their time in the restroom. The room comes equipped with a fridge, microwave, dehumidifier, safe, and even pots, bowls, chopsticks, and spoons. The hotel's surroundings are very quiet, and it's right next to the Washington Hotel. If you're coming from Narita Airport, the airport limousine bus has a dedicated stop there. Just one block away, there's a street food area that's open until the early hours, making dining, accommodation, and transportation super easy. The room has two beds and a bunk bed, perfect for families with multiple children.

The staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't have to clean our room everyday, but they did it anyway. Very easy to find variety of restaurants. Beef kitchen is just outside of the hotel. 中华食堂 is about 10 minutes walking, across from the 24 hour fitness. It tastes good and the price is very reasonable, plus it opens 24 hours.

Perfect for a family of four. It's incredibly convenient to buy groceries from a nearby supermarket and cook them back at the hotel. You can walk just a few minutes to the Shinjuku Washington Hotel to catch the airport shuttle, and it's the same stop for both arrival and departure, which saves a lot of hassle with luggage. You need to pick up toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers at the front desk, while tea bags are self-service. This hotel has a lot of international guests. If you're planning to shop, there's a bus stop just a dozen meters to the right of the hotel entrance, which is very convenient. There's a small but delicious sushi restaurant downstairs nearby. Directly across from the airport shuttle stop is a park, perfect for taking the kids out in the morning before the shops open.

Except for being a bit far from Shinjuku Station, everything else was perfect. The front desk staff were very friendly, the room was spacious, and it came with a full set of tableware and kitchen utensils, making it ideal for a family trip.

My family and I found the location a bit inconvenient, as it's a little far from the malls and restaurants. Especially if you're shopping, carrying a lot of bags back to the hotel means a long walk. I also wish they would change the bedsheets daily; it would feel much cleaner.

Location is great if you need to travel west of Tokyo via Shinjuku station. The room was amazing. Excellent layout, size and sound proofing. I yelled through the door that I didn't need room cleaning and the staff still couldn't hear me. That's how good the sound proofing is. The front desk was very friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at Mimaru Tokyo Shinjuku West! The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. The location was very convenient, with easy access to Shinjuku Station, restaurants, and shopping areas. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions we had. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and having a kitchenette and laundry facilities made our stay even more comfortable.

Overall, it was excellent, especially the cleanliness, service, and facilities. The only drawback was its distance from both JR (Shinjuku Station) and Tokyo Metro subway stations; for example, it took over 20 minutes to walk to JR Shinjuku Station. However, getting to and from the airport was incredibly convenient, as the shuttle pickup/drop-off point for Shinjuku Washington Hotel was just a 2-minute walk away. The room itself was fantastic, a Family Apartment spanning over 40 square meters, very new, and well-designed with ample space. We could easily set aside our shopping for last-minute packing without cluttering the main living area. The bathroom was well-separated, with a dedicated toilet and shower area. The kitchenette was well-equipped with dishes, bowls, plates, pots, and pans, along with a medium-sized refrigerator and microwave, perfect for cooking our own meals or heating up items from convenience stores. There were coin-operated washing machines on the second floor, though we didn't use them. With two elevators, waiting times were minimal. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, explaining every step during check-in. We were also lucky to get early check-in at 10 AM, which was a huge bonus for anyone arriving in Tokyo early in the morning. If I have the chance to visit Tokyo again, I would definitely stay with Mimaru, perhaps in a different location like Ginza, Ueno, Asakusa, or Ikebukuro.

Our stay was wonderful! The staff members were helpful. It was close to the konbinis and local restaurants.

The accommodation was clean and within walking distance to food stalls.

The location is excellent, and the room size is good too. It's just a bit on the expensive side. The service was great, and all the facilities were complete.

Great for families, just a 15-minute walk to the JR station.
