Every thing is perfect!! They have free airport shuttle bus service and store luggages as well. Especially, the resturant in the hotel, it's great test!! Recomended Kurobuta steak!!!

Location is great, with lots of eateries nearby. Izakaya open late. Basic amenities provided and daily cleaning is provided. Service staff is polite too.

Very conveniently located. Clean comfortable rooms. As usual with many hotels in Tokyo, the “double room” couldn’t really fit two people, it was ok because I was traveling solo, otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it for couples or friends.

The service was very friendly. The location is not very interesting for tourists. It seems that it is more of a business district so for tourism we wouldn’t book it again. The room could have been designed better. There was very little space (which is understandable in Japan) but they placed a mini fridge and A/C unit on the floor which reduces the space even more and made it difficult to even access your suitcase. I’ve stayed in the APA chai before were the rooms were the same size but designed smarter.

It was good hotel and it was quiet. However, they didn’t have a western type of pillow which made the stay a bit uncomfortable. Also the private bathroom was an elevated compared the room. You had to take a step up to get in to the bathroom. Other than that, it was very close to convenient stores and metro lines. Also, AC was working both ways for high and low temperatures. I recommend highly recommended it.

Location was good, so close to Hachobori station both metro side and JR side. Room was clean and they cleaned your room everyday unlike other japanese hotel protocol that started cleaning after the third night. Less variety of amenity. They didnt provide any cream, moisturizer or sunscreen pack like some hotel but basic amenity was ok. Room was big and had enought space to open 2 big suitcases. Only down side was their pillows. They provided 1 pillow/person and it was made from some natural thing idk but texture was a bit weird

Room is Ok size for the price you pay for a room in Tokyo. Enough space to open the luggage. Staff helped us to shift our luggage up prior to check in. It is located in a very quiet and clean area of Tokyo (likely residential), but still near convenience store and metro for quick access to ginza areas. There is no free water offer to the room.

Perfect for short trip. Everything is great about this place. Courteous staff, clean rooms, good breakfast (not suited for hindu veg families), proximity to hatchobori subway, facilities provided (laundry, baggage), welcome drink, smooth check-in and check-out process. I would stay here again.
