It is honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had — if not the best. What particularly stood out was how proactive and thoughtful the team were throughout our stay. Even arranging our reservation at Bar Centifolio in advance was hugely appreciated and made our trip even more memorable. All I can say is thank you. You made our time in Tokyo incredibly special and effortless from start to finish. The hotel is very well located and not to mention it is so close to lots of good restaurants. The hotel staffs are all well trained and very professional with great hospitalities to guests I have stayed in this hotel since it was in operations and I trust it will never led you down

Everyone at the hotel, from the front desk to the driveway, was very kind. I also had dinner at the restaurant and had a wonderful time. The sushi was also delicious. All in all, it was a wonderful birthday day. I'm glad I chose this place for my special day. I'll go again!

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! I'd definitely stay here again. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, and the night view was stunning. Everyone should consider staying here when visiting Tokyo; the price is very reasonable!

Facilities: The facilities are all new and well-maintained. Cleanliness: This is something I need to emphasize. There was dust in the crevices around the bed. As someone with a sensitive nose, when I went to pick up my phone case from the crevices, the dust stirred up and I kept sneezing! Environment: The highlight is the view of Tokyo Tower from the lobby. The environment is quiet, and there's a small food area downstairs with yakiniku, sukiyaki, and ramen. If you walk about 10 minutes towards the subway station, you'll reach a food street with cosmetics, drugstores, convenience stores, and all sorts of food—very convenient. Service: The breakfast buffet was okay; the food was average, not 5-star quality that would make you feel it was delicious, but the variety was decent.

The hotel was extremely irresponsible when problems arose. The front desk booked the wrong room, almost causing a serious mistake. When trying to resolve the issue with the hotel staff, they kept passing the buck. It's nowhere near the standard of a Marriott hotel, and it's difficult to get redress. The hotel is also very small, not even as good as a Ji Hotel in China.

Overall, I was very satisfied. The room facilities were complete, and the bathroom amenities were plentiful. The staff spoke fluent English. The room had a view of the Tokyo Skytree. Across the street, there's an area with many small restaurants; one of them had delicious fried pork cutlets. The only thing I wasn't entirely satisfied with was that the breakfast usher told us we could order multiple items from the à la carte menu, but the server who took our order later said we could only order one per person. The lobby level, without going down the escalator, leads directly to the adjacent shopping mall, which connects to a passageway leading to the subway station.

I absolutely loved it! The high floor and large floor-to-ceiling windows offered a panoramic view of Tokyo. The staff spoke fluent English and provided excellent service; my child vomited twice in the early morning, and they handled it quickly and efficiently. The breakfast buffet was of high quality. The surrounding area is an upscale commercial district with many delicious and well-known restaurants. I especially loved the steak at Benjamin Terrace Lounge—the best Ribeye and New York Sirloin I've had recently! It was very comfortable and convenient, and I'd love to stay here again!
