Would highly recommend this accommodation but I wouldn’t book it in advance. Just go during the day and book overnight stays for multiple nights as it’s a love hotel. The prices will be roughly 40-50% cheaper done that way and there’s a lot of them in the area. The stigma of the hotels didn’t bother us and there’s no windows in the rooms but they’re crazily sound proof. The room would be equivalent to at least 2.5 full size Tokyo hotel rooms with a huge shower area, bed and lounge and a washroom area. Very convenient area for transport and though known as a red light district area, didn’t really notice anything on this particular accomodation in terms of having people soliciting outside.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was a well-sized room, had karaoke as well as all the products you could need for an enjoyable holiday. The bed wasn’t great but everything else such as price and location are good value.

Overall good stay. Hotel and room were a little outdated but the room was very spacious and the sauna was an added bonus, especially after a cold day out and about. Great location, close to metro and other interesting neighborhoods - its called a love hotel for a reason..

This was a super nice room for the low price. It Had a Sauna and a very large hot tub 😏

The hotel has enough space to open two suitcases and still have room to move around. There is a receptionist who speaks English. In addition to basic facilities, there are also jacuzzis, steam rooms, etc. There are yukata sets for men and women. Three bottles of drinking water (2 at room temperature + 1 in the refrigerator) and a can of beverage (orange juice or soda water) will be provided free of charge after daily room cleaning. Another surprise is that there is also a small gift bag (including facial mask, slippers, chopsticks, spoons and tableware gift box) when you check in. When you leave the hotel, you need to exchange your key for a paper room card, and then exchange it again when you return. The overall evaluation is very good 👍🏻

Extremely good value for money, cheap place, but also well-equipped, is a good experience, with music to listen to, k to sing, and an extremely exaggerated bath for couples to stay

The hotel is overall quite clean and the rooms are well maintained. However, I noticed that some facilities are relatively old and may need updating or maintenance. However, the most satisfying thing for me is that there is no smoke smell in the entire hotel, which is a big plus for non-smokers. I hope the hotel can further improve its facilities and provide a better stay experience.
