This hotel was lovely! The location is about 7~10min walking distance from Shibuya Station. A bit of a climbing walk so it felt longer with a luggage and a back pack but not bad at all! The carpet floor of my room wasn't so clean and I wished there were slippers available inside the room but other than that the beddings, towels, public bath, and the capsule rooms were kept very clean. There is a fan inside each room so that really helped to keep the air circulating. The only inconvenience I experienced were the noise, absence of the reception staffs, and the shower. The ppl in my room were generally quiet but you can basically hear every movement. There was a girl who had her alarm ring at 5am and didnt wake up till 5:40.. kept pressing snooze every 10min then 5min, then at 2min interval.. Woke everyone up.. so expect these things to happen. The front desk staffs weren't available for most of the time (there was no one at the reception for the most part other than the time I checked in) but the cleaning staff was so kind and helpful when I needed her assistant. Thank you!🙏🏻 The hot water tab was out of order in one of the shower booths so at peak bath hours some ppl had to wait for their turn. Anyhow, I went there in the winter and the room was warm and cozy! Oh and loved the Yukata! Would def revisit :)

Best hotel to stay especially for solo traveller but i think the capsule wall is too thin that even you can hear your neighbour zipping their bag.

To get to your room, you have to carry heavy luggage and climb a narrow enclosed staircase to the 4th floor. I think it's okay if you know from the beginning that it's like that. It seems that you can contact them by cell phone, but is there a shortage of staff? Or cut costs? Will there be no night staff? I was worried about that. Are there surveillance cameras? I saw the first floor entrance door open and locked several times. Even if someone you don't know comes in, you won't notice. The entrance on the 4th floor was also unlocked, so I felt like I could just enter the capsule room.

I used a capsule hotel for the first time. It was a women-only room, clean and quiet. I was tired in the large public bath. There was a Panasonic foot massager in the sleeping area, and it felt great on my tired feet! I thought there were no amenities, so I brought them, but I thought it would be nice if you could write it down because everything was there. Is it because I went to the place at night? I passed by once. Also, when I have business in Shibuya, I definitely want to use it!

I'm glad that I can walk from the station. Satisfied with the public bath! However, I couldn't turn the temperature control, which made it a little difficult to use. It was helpful to have a place to eat. I couldn't unlock my locker, but I was grateful for the quick response. There was also a coin laundry, which was helpful!

A few minutes walk from Shinsen station, good access! It is also convenient that there is a large communal bath and the minimum amenities are available. The bedding is also clean and has a good impression. However, it is difficult to contact them casually when there is a problem, probably because the staff is absent. Also, when I checked my luggage in advance, I was sorry that I had to store my luggage in a shared space out of sight of the staff, and there were security concerns such as the lock at the entrance of the accommodation was broken. The walls of the living room are thin, and you can hear every little noise next door, so I think it's for those who don't mind.

Very cute Onsen room that was really nice, the capsules are spacious and comfortable- the people in my room were noisy all night and so didn’t get much sleep and it was pretty hot too! It’s like staying in a cheap hostel. Probably fine for one night but I wouldn’t stay longer.

Overall somewhat convenient location if you don’t have heavy luggage. Overall very clean place. The downside is the second night I had two new guests check in and started unpacking from 11pm to 2:30am which made it hard to sleep. Recommend setting quiet hours or having actual doors to help soundproof other people
