The room comes with a microwave, the windows are sealed, and there's enough space. Disposable slippers weren't provided. Breakfast was a bento box (Ekiben) plus a bottle of tea. The hotel is about a 6-minute walk from Akasaka Subway Station (exit 3a) and not too far from the National Art Center, Tokyo, which is within walking distance. Suntory Hall is also nearby; you can't enter without a concert ticket, but there are many restaurants inside the building. Be aware that the area around the hotel has quite a few slopes, so if you're traveling with large luggage, it's a good idea to plan your route in advance.

The hygiene was really bad (when I pulled back the covers, there was a long hair, and hair on the floor too). I asked what could be done, and they said housekeeping had left for the day but they could change the sheets. I refused, and they offered me a smoking room, which I also declined since I don't smoke. Then I said I wanted to check out, and they said no. Finally, they moved me to a different room. This room didn't have hair on the bed, but I later found hair in other places. I figured it was late, past 11 PM, and I was traveling, so I just decided to make do. The bedsheets weren't fitted; it was just a flat sheet laid under the duvet. I had to leave a review – the location is good, but the cleanliness is just unacceptable.

The room was too little for the family of 4, but its just for sleeping. We was out all day anyway. Its ok for families with small kids on low budgets. I only have the pic of bathroom if it helps anything.

Very close to Akasaka Station on the Tokyo Metro, just a few minutes' walk. The room is small but has everything you need, and there's a 7-Eleven just across the street. Recommended!

The location is absolutely ideal for navigating Tokyo. Nestled in the upscale Akasaka district, the hotel offers convenience: You are minutes away from Akasaka Station and Akasaka-mitsuke Station, giving you easy access to the Chiyoda, Ginza, and Marunouchi lines. Dining & Nightlife: The area is famous for its incredible selection of restaurants—ranging from hidden Michelin-starred gems to cozy local ramen shops—all within walking distance. Exceptional Sleep Quality - The "Grande" branding really shows in the room quality. The bed was the highlight of the stay. Superior Bedding: The mattress was high-quality and incredibly comfortable, providing excellent lumbar support that ensured a deep, restorative sleep. Restful Atmosphere: The rooms are designed with a sleek, calming aesthetic. The climate control was silent and effective, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly, allowing me to fully recharge after a long day of exploring. For anyone working on the go or who enjoys high-definition streaming, the connectivity here is flawless. High-Speed Connection: The Wi-Fi was impressively fast and stable, even during peak evening hours. Work-Ready: With a functional desk space and plenty of accessible outlets, it’s an excellent environment for "workcations." Attentive & Modern Service - The service at the Akasaka Grande is professional, polite, and highly efficient. Seamless Experience: From the smooth check-in process to the cleanliness of the facilities, every detail was handled with care. Modern Amenities: The hotel feels fresh and well-maintained, with the staff going out of their way to ensure a comfortable, hassle-free stay. Final Verdict: Hotel Livemax Akasaka Grande exceeds expectations by combining a premium location with the essential comforts of home. It’s rare to find such a perfect mix of high-speed tech, central access, and truly great sleep in the heart of Tokyo.

Upon returning home, I discovered a disturbing clump of women's hair on my clothes, for which there is no explanation. I have since requested security footage from the hotel. This is because throughout my 3-day stay in Tokyo, I was only out of my room for a total of 6 hours (5 hours for meals and 1 hour for shopping); the rest of the time, I was alone in the room. What's more, I had already found a strand of hair in the bathroom on my very first day. This is truly unsettling.
