Tokyo Plaza Hotel Reviews

My 1st time travelling to Tokyo, shin Okubo. The only setback of Tokyo Plaza Hotel is, a flight of staircase to the reception. Travellers with luggages face difficulty going up and down. Worse still, there is no concierge to assist..

The hotel is near the train station. Nearby the hotel there are many good restaurants. The room has enough space for my group of 3 people. Good price and good location.

Close to the Shinjuku but when I arrived at the hotel on 28 Dec 23 They ask to make me pay 500Yen more to check-in if i want to check in right now(around 17:00)i need to pay 500 Yen if i dont i need to check in 10pm its ok to pay more but in my booking it didnt tell me that i need to pay extra but i can check-in from 15:00 28 Dec.

Convenient location just 3 min walk to train station

It's a good hotel at a reasonable price. There's a convenience store nearby, and the room was clean. It's also close to the station, making it convenient for many places. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit Japan.

The hotel is conveniently located near JR Okubo, about 2 minutes' walk away. There is a business supermarket downstairs, and the surrounding restaurants mainly serve Korean food.

The only downside is that you have to walk up the stairs to get to the lobby, which makes it a bit uneven to carry your luggage up and down. The room is quite small, so there is not much space for 3 people. Also, there is no bottled water provided in the room.

GH It's good. There are 3 major convenience stores nearby, and although it's near the station, there's almost no noise. Check-in was done by someone who spoke Korean, so it took 30 seconds. The room was cleaned quickly and cleanly. Next time I come to Japan, I'll definitely book it if there's a seat.

I think the biggest obstacle is that you have to climb stairs from the ground floor to the second floor. The facilities are not extremely clean, but they are not unpleasant, and the location is really good.
