The location is good, about 20min away from Shibuya via the subway system. Quiet place with one or two decent eateries in the area opened until late at night if you want to have some supper. The room bedding is comfortable but the warm light on the bathroom makes it feel a little older. Would have preferred having a bright white light in the bathroom to give a more modern feel. Our selected room came with a kitchenette and washer+dryer which was really convenient and useful.

The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious.

This Tokyu serviced apartment comes with an induction cooker, tableware, and a washer-dryer. It's one stop from Futakotamagawa and not far from Shibuya. The area has a lively atmosphere, and you can find plenty of groceries at the nearby supermarket.

It was very conveniently located near the station, with many restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets nearby. I was glad that the hotel staff recommended restaurants and cake shops. The coffee service in front of the front desk was also great. There was a drum-type washing machine in the room, so I was able to run it while I was out. There was also a mini-kitchen, plates, forks, spoons, and glasses. Everything was taken care of and it was great. I'll stay here again (^^) Thank you.

The hospitality was also excellent, and the room was equipped with a kitchen, washing machine (with detergent provided), and microwave, making it an excellent choice for a long-term stay!

The hotel is in a prime location, within walking distance of the subway station and surrounded by a comprehensive shopping district. The room is warmly decorated, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom has a thoughtful design with separate wet and dry areas. The staff are warm and attentive, and the stay exceeded our expectations!

The location was great, close to the station and with restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly. The room was compact.

The room was great, with complete facilities and excellent service. The only drawback was the lack of sound insulation due to the street view. If you're not too sensitive to noise, it's generally a good option. Also, the free coffee on the first floor was fantastic!

The hotel had the bare minimum of services. However, the environment was better than other hotels with similar services. The unit bath was spacious. Usually, the bathtub, sink, and toilet are all packed together, but the bathtub is about 1m away (the width of four pairs of slippers) from the door, and the toilet and sink were easy to use. There was a mini kitchen, so you could use water in the room even if someone was in the bathroom, and it was nice that there was a washer/dryer so you could take a few clothes with you. The hotel was right next to the station and the bus stop was right in front of it, and there were convenience stores, pharmacies, and 100-yen shops nearby. There was a small supermarket in the basement of the station, with a wider selection of bento, bread, side dishes, fruit, and more than the convenience stores. It was open from 7am, so you could buy breakfast there, and if you needed anything during your trip, you could buy anything around the hotel. It was just over 10 minutes from Shibuya, and the environment was great.
