I like this place very near the train station wider rooms the only problem is the elevator starts in 2nd flr you need to use stairs to go to 2nd flr very inconvenient if u have many luggage

Perfect for solo travelers. It's very close to the station and easy to find.

The room was spotless! However, the TV wasn't working, which was a bit confusing. Also, I'm not sure if the air purifier had water in it because even after I turned it on, I couldn't tell if it was actually running.

If you don't mind traveling a bit to get into Tokyo (~40 min) it's a great, relatively cheap, place to stay with very friendly local people

Nice hotel for the price, the room was a little stuffy and old though.

Shameful hotel & hotel staff. Employees entered my room without authorization. Also allowed other quest to look into my peephole from the outside of the room. When I confronted staff and informed them I had both of these unfortunate events on video there was no apology but I was offered a discounted rate for future stays. Should not be listed on trip.com.

For my first time trip, it was very convenient to find the hotel right away and the train line was convenient for nearby tokyo spots. Recommended for solo travelers who have Tokyo spots for iterinary.

Conveniently located near the station. Good service. The attached izakaya is reasonably priced and delicious. The facilities are a little outdated, but they provide rental equipment.

The location is close to Keisei Koiwa Station, but since I only used the JR line, I ended up walking a lot. The room was old and only averagely clean, but there was a table and enough space to work in the room.

Although it is a bit far from the city, it is very quiet. There are also restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. I felt very relaxed when I returned to the hotel. The room is very clean. It is normal to have a smell if you choose a smoking room, but it is completely acceptable. The space is very comfortable for two people to live in. It is a hotel with a very high cost performance.

This hotel couldn't be worse. Although we booked a smoking room, the room was not disinfected or cleaned at all. It smelled moldy and made me dizzy. It was dirty, messy, and in tatters. How dare they charge 700 or 800 a day? I went to the front desk to argue and asked to check out, but they said I couldn't get a refund. What kind of unfair terms? The service was super bad, arrogant and unreasonable. Finally, I called the police, and they only gave me the check-out fee after they arrived... One last thing to add: When I was arguing with the front desk, another guest booked a non-smoking room, but the room was also moldy and smelled of cigarettes. The guest asked to change rooms but they didn't let him change them. You must be careful when booking this hotel. It's so annoying.
