It's okay. The front desk staff were nice. Overall, it's decent. If you're on a budget, you can definitely stay here. Japan was fine. The food was okay, and the accommodation was okay. Everything was just okay. That's about it.

Lobby smells a little unpleasant because that’s where everyone changes shoes. Female room was good, clean toilet, spacious makeup space. Bed not the best but considered okay for the price. Security was good, I felt safe staying there.

Easy to find the hotel and you have to use elevator (no stairs) to the 3rd floor then easy and fast check in. Once you get locker key and go to your locker to get your pajamas, towels and disposable slippers. Be careful with slippers you can easily slip down if you’re not being careful. Too hot in the capsule so you gotta open half blinds to let cool air in your capsule. I haven’t tried the onsen. Great for one night, solo friendly and affordable budget

Location perfect, central shinjuku, 10 minutes walking to 2-chome. There is a sento with sauna that runs all night . Capsules are ok. You cannot lock your big luggage (carry on it’s ok) , but there is a shared room to leave it.
