Awesome location and awesome staff and service.. Based on these two criteria, worth the money. However hotel does feel a little dated and the toilet smells.

Best location,easy to entry & staff friendly, clean, nice view from my room. Near supermarkets, food sources and subway access. The entrance is next to the hotel.

Excellent location close to Ueno Station. Straight from Keisei-shinkanzen from airport. Spacious room (17cm) compared to other location-perfect hotels.

The hotel's location is super convenient; you just cross the pedestrian bridge from Ueno Station to get there. The staff at check-in were very welcoming and helped me use the self-service machine. The breakfast area is small, but the food tastes pretty good. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Ueno.
