Ok - so I reviewed this place before. My evaluation changed slightly because the train stop located just steps away didn't readily connect with trains going places we or most others would like to go. Breakfast is good, there is a lot of green if you like that color. One drink pictured is matcha, another is diluted Calpis melon.You could also get a green salad if you desired. This place is a good value. Rooms are fine, bed comfortable, pillows ok, refrig, blow dryer, electric kettle, etc. There is not a lot of room, but we were fine as a couple. The facility has no onsen or swimming pool, but given the value of real estate in Tokyo, that is to be expected.

The room is small but clean and had everything that we need. Friendly staff and good location. Metro station is around the corner and take only 15 min walk to Tokyo Station. This hotel is a budget stay in Tokyo.

Room very small, as expected for the price of the stay. Be super close to the subway was excellent, same for convenience store and places to eat.

Hotel is located right beside Kabayacho station so it is super convenient to get everywhere. There's also a Lawson right beside the hotel. 7-11 and Family Mart are a short distance away. Walkable distance to Nihonbashi Station too! The only downside will be that the hotel has some age and that the elevator doors close really quickly so do be careful. Otherwise it's a comfortable stay :) staff were also very nice to help me ship my luggage to the next hotel so do ask them if you require help.

Everything was pretty nice and good. Location was also perfect, silence in the night on the streets. But the room was really dirty and it’s not about cleaning service but the age of the room: walls and so on. Not as light as on the pic

Room was very old and lighting is very bad but its clean. My room had hole on the wall. If you have just 1 hand carry this room might be okay, good luck with if u have big luggage. Felt the room to be very depressing because of light and less space. Staff was okay, some are nice , some just okay okay.

Close to metro station. Many convenient stores in walking distance. Would consider booking here again for next visit

This hotel offers an outstanding location that made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Despite being situated right in the heart of the downtown area, the pricing was remarkably reasonable and offered excellent value for money. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. They were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their professionalism and warm hospitality really enhanced our overall experience. For travelers looking for a well-located, affordable hotel with quality service, I highly recommend this property. The combination of prime location, reasonable rates, and attentive staff makes it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Pay extra ¥2000 to check in 2 hours early as we requested to be check in earlier via Trip mag was not received. Said to provide an invoice upon check out but on today check out. No invoice was given even I follow up.

Nice clean room but small as expected. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Excellent location, just 2 mins walk to Kayabacho Station which accessible to Ginza and Tokyo station, Lawson/7-11/Family Mart just beside the hotel, our go-to place for dinner and supper. Room is small but acceptable with the price tag, Staff is not very helpful and have some attitude, they will stick to their SOP and step by step, you cant even ask a question when they processing check in, they will tell you "just wait" very disappointed with the service, but super happy with the conveniency. Not impressed with the hotel room so never take a picture.

Walls were quite thin, able to hear adjacent rooms and corridor clearly. Room layout was tight with just a narrow pathway to toilet and bed. there's a microwave on the ground floor reception. Room lock uses physical metal key (not NFC key card); so anyone could take the lift to the rooms other than guests and staff. Was assigned to 5th floor, and there was a persistent oil smell; presumably from the restaurant exhaust nearby below. Overall, the best point was location is right above Kayabacho subway station.
