Fantastic location, just across the street from entrance to underground. Face mask, hair care products and few options of bath salts was highly appreciated.

This time, I stayed at three Sotetsu hotels: one in Kanda, one in Ofuna, and this one. While this one was relatively more spacious, the overall feel was quite old. As soon as I entered the second floor, the entire floor had that distinct old business hotel smell, and it was the same in the room. There were even air fresheners in the hallway on the second floor, which proves they're aware of the smell. Also, if you're traveling with luggage, do *not* follow Google Maps' directions to exit from Exit 7 of the Chiyoda Line; you'll encounter some local 'specialties' (stairs).

I love Akasaka neighborhood! It means that I love this hotel's location very much. It's convenient and close to city centre. In the mean time this neighborhood is safe and quiet, calm vibe. Tiny hotel room but comes with a spacious bathroom, in comparison with those usual hotels in Tokyo. You can pick up any needed amenities in the lobby.

This hotel located in very nice area. You can easily go to any area of Tokyo from here. Room was OK - typical for Japanese business hotel. Also we had nice breakfast.

This hotel offers great value for money. The tap water is purified, which is convenient and safe to drink. Plus, the location is excellent, with easy access to transportation, being very close to the metro station.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times before and I really like it. It’s just opposite Akasaka subway, the hotel is quiet for sleeping, there’s restaurants and konbini’s nearby and it’s a good price.

Here's a quick review, from the outside in: The hotel is super easy to find. Just exit Akasaka Station (Chiyoda Line) at exit 7, and you'll spot the hotel cafe right across the street. A quick walk across the road to your right, and you're there. The lobby isn't huge, but guests can use their passports for self-check-in and tax procedures. Once that's done, staff will approach you, offer some helpful tips, and they're incredibly detailed and polite. After everything is settled, you take the elevator (you need your key card to go up) to your room. The room is lovely and well-equipped. The duvet and pillows had absolutely no strange odors, which was a huge plus. My only minor complaint is that the windows don't open, but that's a small detail that doesn't detract from the overall experience. All in all, considering both the hotel's location and how clean the room was, I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time.

decent hotel. The rooms are very small, but there are self-service bath salts, face masks, and skincare samples downstairs. Perhaps because I visited during art week, the prices were exceptionally high, around $100 USD, which I didn't think was very worthwhile

I had a wonderful stay and a great overall experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making my stay very relaxing. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly felt well taken care of.
