It’s a minimal hotel for a solo traveler as me. The staffs were friendly and professional, they helped me sending a new keycard instead of a forgotten one.

It’s small, but hotels in jap is generally small. Clean and good enough for couple. Lobby also have amenities if u need, even have bath salt , facial mask 👍🏻👍🏻

Absolutely disgusting. I booked this hotel for an exam, and not only was the soundproofing terrible, but the air conditioning sounded like a quarry. The humidifier was also incredibly loud (and both were set to the lowest fan speed!). From 11 PM when I got into bed, I could hear motorcycles outside and my neighbors banging on the walls until past midnight. But because the AC was so loud, I was woken up at 2 AM and again at 4 AM. There was nothing I could do but turn it off again. It was pure torture.

10 min walk to Tokyo Station, easy check in and check out, helpful staff. They kept our luggage before and after check in/out. Room was small and clean but had a funky smell from the carpet. Semi double room is narrow (120-140cm) but can fit 2 adult people (not the most comfortable though).

If I go to Tokyo, I will stay here again. Everything is good. Staff are helpful. Location is great. It’s not far from Tokyo station and 2 metro stations around hotel. (I recommend to take a bus at Tokyo station to Narita airport 👍🏻) The main reason I chose this hotel was I can adjust the air-con inside my room!!! Room size is enough for one person with one big luggage (only 1side open) and maybe another cabin size. If you’re couple, it still enough space but quite tight.

The room and toilet were quite small for 2 pax. There is no space to open up the luggage. The location was good. Near to train station entrance and has a family mart Near by. The lobby provides the amenities, facial mask and even tea bag.

Good location, quiet spot. 15 minute walk to Ginza and very convenient location to the metro and walkable distance to Tokyo station. Nice breakfast and excellent amenities!

We had a very pleasant 8-night stay at the hotel. The room was comfortably sized at about 24 sqm. Housekeeping was provided daily, and we appreciated that our pajamas were changed each day — a nice touch! The staff were all very polite and friendly, and their email responses were prompt and informative. It was also a very thoughtful gesture by the hotel to prepare decorations and lovely birthday souvenirs for my friend’s birthday. We truly appreciated the effort — it made our stay even more special. The hotel’s location is excellent — about a 6–8 minute walk to Tokyo Station, where we could easily catch buses to and from Narita Airport as well as to Gotemba Outlet. It’s also conveniently close to Kyobashi and Takaracho stations (less than 3-min walk), providing easy access to different parts of Tokyo. Ginza is within walking distance too. There are several convenience stores nearby (two or three 7-Elevens and a FamilyMart), which made it easy to grab snacks or essentials. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
