Good service, the room is clean with good view. 10 minutes walk to the station is okay.

The hotel isn't right next to a subway station, but the shuttle bus service is super convenient, running every 15 minutes to and from Meguro Station. It pretty much covers all your transportation needs. It wasn't until after we checked out that we realized they'd upgraded our room type! It was definitely bigger, and we could easily spread out three 28-inch suitcases, which was really handy. The only downside was that the facilities felt a bit old. Even though it had been renovated, there was still an unpleasant smell from the sink drain in the bathroom.

Overall the hotel is a bit old and outdated but it is being maintained very well with nice staff. Definitely want to stay here again.

Very good and vig clean room

One staff member was very polite and even helped me carry my luggage to wait for my Uber when I checked out. However, there were one or two others who were quite indifferent. Overall, it was decent, but the subway is quite far and inconvenient, requiring an uphill walk.

The room looked pretty good and was quite spacious. They even had a big Christmas tree during Christmas, which created a lovely atmosphere. The view from the window during the day was excellent. The shuttle bus to Meguro and Shinagawa subway stations was very convenient.

The service was great; they proactively delivered our luggage to the hotel. The hotel's breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had at a five-star hotel, with several types of fish, plenty of fruits, and a wide variety of drinks. It was even more extensive than the Banyan Tree I recently stayed at in China. The hotel garden is beautiful; I managed to photograph ginkgo and red leaves. I didn't even visit other attractions in Tokyo because this place was so good. The hotel shuttle bus is also a highlight—very convenient. You can catch it next to the taxi stand, near a small sign, after exiting the JR Meguro East Exit (see picture two).

The newly renovated room is new and comfortable. The room is spacious for Tokyo standard. The shuttle bus runs very 15 mins and is very convenient to go to the subway station. The breakfast was good but can be very full and you may need to queue for your turn if you are late.

If you're booking this hotel, definitely go for the renovated rooms. The facilities in the refurbished rooms are much newer and look a lot better. Seriously, avoid their cheaper room types; the experience will be quite disappointing. During this stay, I found the front desk service to be the best – very attentive, warm, and they offered a wide variety of amenities. However, I felt the doormen at the entrance had a really poor attitude, especially the foreign staff. While I was waiting for a taxi, it was windy and raining coldly outside, and the weather was freezing, yet they made me wait there for 15 minutes. As a result, I ended up catching a cold, which I found to be very inhumane. As for breakfast, I think it's one of the tastiest and has a good variety compared to all the hotels I've stayed at in Japan. Lastly, the gym closes too early for my liking.

The hotel room was quite spacious and the environment was great. The only downside was that the gym charged a fee.

A comfortable stay clean and well maintained! Just a little far from the actions of Japan but nevertheless very pleasant stay .

Tge hotel is absolutely fine. However the room a little dated but think there is a programme of works so rooms may be brought up to date. Eg. The room lighting is very dim so with all brown/beige walls and carpet makes for a very dim room. the toilet is way too big for the size of bathroom! The shuttle bus was a well used amenity to get to the station.

The room was spacious!  The lighting in the room was very dim. We struggled to see to pack. The room was too warm so we requested a portable air conditioner which had to be serviced everyday as heat was all that was available from central unit. It was an hour to Narita airport.
