I've practically stayed at all their branches in Tokyo, and overall, they're incredibly good value-for-money hotels. For a city walker who's out all day, all you really need is convenient transportation and a clean, hygienic room. All their hotels are in excellent locations in central Tokyo, and the subway stations are never far. Plus, they offer complimentary coffee, tea bags, and lemonade, which is a nice touch. The toiletries are comprehensive, and they even provide Kose Sekkisei skincare products for your face. The only downside was a bloodstain on one of the bedsheets.

The room was quite small and lacked a table or chairs. For breakfast, you get a voucher for an external cafe, but be careful because it's only valid at a specific branch of the chain, so don't go to the wrong one.

It was a great place to stay, very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was super accessible, close to everything I needed. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

Good location with lots of tiny bars and restaurants in every street. We walked to the Imperial Palace a few times. Very helpful and efficient staff. Very clean rooms with a kettle and mini fridge - free tea and coffee etc. A very small room (which seems to be the norm for Tokyo) - difficult to even lay a suitcase out. Fine for a few nights, but could get annoying if you stay longer. No breakfast facilities, but there's a MacDonald's not far away for a cheap fast start to the day.

The hotel was generally good, but a bit too expensive compared to other places with similar rooms and amenities. The price might have been higher because I stayed on a Sunday, but even so, I don’t think I would choose to stay here again. What really left a negative impression was one receptionist who was somewhat rude. While not all the staff were unfriendly, and I did receive two greetings that day, having one of those few interactions be unpleasant was disappointing and she was a little rude probably due to me being a foreigner. I still gave 4 stars because the overall experience was decent. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Perfect location. 3 minutes to Jimbocho metro station. It was easy to get to Asakusa, Shibuya, Tokyo Tower. The neighbourhood is brilliant - a lot of interesting bookstores, some izakayas and combini. Quiet place. Room was clean and cozy. Stuff was nice and helpful - helped me to send my luggage to next hotel. Minus: lobby is on floor -1, they have an elevator tho.

Not bad. This only downside is the hotel put me in a smoking room even though I booked a non-smoking room. The overall service is nice.

Overall a great choice. The personnel was very helpful, the room kept clean and the location is very convenient for transport. The only drawback was that the room was a tat too small making handling the baggage an everyday thing
