What it may lack in room size the hotel makes up with a convenient accessible location. Super near to subway lines and the drop off and pick up points for the airport Luxury limousine bus. Hotel staff were super helpful and the breakfast choices were decent.

The room was tiny, but the location was great. The breakfast selection was limited, but the restaurant itself was nice and had an outdoor garden area.

Location is good. You can walk from Shinjuku station (900 m) or Nishi-Shinjuku station (110 m). Quiet and comfortable place. My room is located at the 2nd building (opposite the main building). The room is quite bigger than Japanese-sized room. Fit for 2 persons. No place left when you open 2 luggage at the same time.

My only regret with this hotel is that it became too expensive for us to spend the rest of our trip staying here. The location is absolutely lovely, tucked away in a quintessentially Tokyo alley, the front desk is located on the street but they have a second building tucked away behind it with a quaint Italian restaurant with a cafe feeling to it. The room was perfectly functional, albeit slightly small (par for the course in Tokyo), but considering we paid around $55 US per night (around 8500 Yen at the time of purchase), it really was an absolutely fantastic bang for your buck. Staff had great multilingual skills (not just English from what I overheard). This place was a unicorn hotel. The family mart 2 doors down is also just incredibly convenient for late night cravings. Tons of good food options in the immediate vicinity. Cannot recommend strongly enough.

Tokyo accommodations tend to be on the smaller side. This hotel is perfect for women; you can freely take mini-sized skincare products.

The room was clean and the surrounding amenities were pretty good. It's about a seven-minute walk to Kabukicho, but the hotel is a bit far from the JR station.

Location is near to Shinjuku station. They have daily cleaning but we opted out. They will still leave a bag of clean towels in case we need it. Room size is as expected. Basic amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush. There is a 7-11 nearby the hotel as well.

Cleanliness: Decent, but I found some hair under the mattress. Environment: Very convenient, close to Nishi-Shinjuku. The hotel's location is excellent, the bedding is comfortable, and the service is warm and attentive. The facilities are complete, and the soundproofing is good. Overall, my stay was very pleasant and offers great value for money. I highly recommend it.

The staff and location are great but our room was incredibly hot (I had to watch a YouTube video how to adjust the thermostat) and it’s on the louder side. My bed wasn’t very comfortable but it was nice to have 4 beds for the family. It’s very close to the train and everything else in Shinjuku but I would not stay here again, I’d opt for a nicer hotel.

Three adults staying in one room felt a little cramped, especially with our luggage. The location is convenient and the environment is clean and pleasant. The service was decent, but there is still some room for improvement.

Staffs are warmth..There was a matsuri during our stay.It was fun! The hotel is a little far from JR station but the location is accessible to restaurants ,coffee shops ,convenience stores.

However, if you're staying for several days, you might find it a bit repetitive since the menu doesn't change much day-to-day (we felt this after four days), but the overall quality is still decent. The hotel lobby isn't particularly large, but they provide complimentary portable toiletries, which is a thoughtful touch. The room size is quite spacious for Tokyo standards, making it especially suitable for families. Although the hotel shows a bit of age, it's well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Overall, it's a conveniently located, good value-for-money hotel that's great for families. I'd recommend it.

The location is fantastic, literally about 100 meters from Nishi-Shinjuku Station, so it's right there as soon as you exit. The room was a bit small, but everything else was perfectly fine.
