The facilities are relatively old and the rooms are not ventilated, so the smell of air freshener is always there. The biggest problem is hygiene. The bedding is not clean. Choose carefully.

The room is equipped with a microwave oven that is well received by this hotel group, and the ones used are Haier and Hisense. The door lock uses a very ancient combination lock, which is interesting. The JR station right outside the window is pretty good, within a 5-minute walk. But the cleaning is very poor, and there is a stench when you open the toilet when you enter the door (from the previous guest or hotel staff). What does this mean? HSKP didn't open the ventilation even if they smelled the stench, so they just left it to fume the next customer, right? Sewers are also aging and will return odors (both bathtubs and basins), and the very economical two-in-one faucet always releases turbid water (not the kind of turbidity caused by the physical effect of hot water mixing with cold water). If it is a weekday, it can be tolerated, but the weekend will be several times more expensive than the weekday. It is not worth staying on the weekend.

Very close to the subway station. There are many convenience stores and restaurants downstairs. Affordable price. High cost performance. Good service attitude. Very clean. A very satisfactory booking. Will book there again next time.

I stayed here on a trip to Disney Resort. I was worried about the lack of a shuttle bus, but it was only three stops to Maihama and only a few minutes' walk from the station, so it wasn't too much of a hassle. The area around the station has a calm atmosphere, and there are supermarkets, convenience stores, and bento shops that are open until late, which was great! The room itself wasn't particularly large, but it had the bare minimum of amenities, which was nice. If I could be greedy, as other reviews have said, it would be nice to have one more breakfast option. I stayed for three nights, and it was all the same, so I got a little bored. (The bento consisted of rice balls, sausages, meatballs, grilled fish, and pickles.)

I used it last time as well. It was great because it was close to the nearest station and there was a convenience store nearby!

Makuhari Messe → Hotel → I used it on a trip to Disney the next day. It was very close to the station, about 2 minutes on foot. The cleaning in the room is normal, and I think that people who are concerned about the dirt under the air conditioner and the wash basin may be concerned. The range you can see is very beautiful. There is a kettle in the room, but there was also a microwave. this is convenient. The slippers were not disposable or washed, but smooth like leather, and I was a little weak. Security seems to be good because the room key is not a card but a PIN, but you need to be careful when entering and exiting the room. The coin laundry is 400 yen for washing and drying, and T-shirts are a little difficult to dry depending on the material, so I hung them in the room to dry while I was sleeping. I haven't used it, but breakfast seems to be in front of the station. Access to Disney Resort the next day was very good.

To be careful, the so-called breakfast only has one drink and a bag. It is not as good as it is near JR Shiomi Station. In addition, because we booked late during the Chinese New Year, the price was not good, more than 2,000 per night.
