Okokokokokok good good good Very good, nearby subway station

Don't come, don't stay here. This hotel is old and not renovated like it claimed on the listing site. Fake and lies and it's a old motel at best. At one point the front desk staff was gone for at least 30+mins. There was no staff to attend to you for that long period of time. One of the japanese speaking local customer call a phone number that was left on the front desk in case no one was around but no one answers the phone. He was stranded, unhappy and he was a local that speaks the native language. Image a tourist that would put into the same situation. Mostly, the hotel lied about the place being renovated in 2025. Lobby sure doesn't look like it's been touch up for a good decade. Elevator is old, all the furnishings were the same theme, old. My room is yellowish, dark, smells damp, bed mattress was worn out with no support at all. Room has not been renovated at least for 20 years. Old faded walls with green discolor and black marks. Bathroom is traditional japanese business hotel showertub set with sink. Only its colors and fixtures all faded worn out from 20 years ago. The hotel isn't close as to the station, at least 7mins walk and that uguisudani is an old outdated station with no Elevators so good luck carrying your heavy luggage around up and down the stairs. Star level should be 1 or 2. Don't waste your money here.

The breakfast is good and the location is fine and near to uguisudani station

Great service, staff really friendly, great rooms and big bathroom. Breakfast is okay, as a person who is non vegetarian but only eats chicken and eggs , there aren’t many options. Breakfast variety is limited here. I only ate bread butter with orange juice. Rest it is amazing. They were also willing to hold our luggage for a few hours after checking out.

The room was spacious enough to fully open my suitcase. However, the hotel had some plumbing work done during my last two days, which meant the shower water was freezing cold. Since I got back to the hotel quite late, I didn't bother the staff about it. Ended up catching a cold after returning home, haha. Also, the hotel is surrounded by love hotels...

Noise: The hotel is right next to the subway, so there's some noise in the room, but I'm not sensitive to noise, so it was fine for me. Location: It's very close to Uguisudani Station on the JR Yamanote Line, just a 3-minute walk. However, this exit doesn't have an escalator. It's about a 9-minute walk to Nippori, so if you plan to take the airport express directly and have a lot of luggage, this hotel might be a bit far. Bed: I stayed in a double room, but it was actually two single beds pushed together, and there were two duvets. The middle part where they joined was quite hard. It would probably be better to choose two separate single beds. Cleanliness: I specifically booked a double room expecting it to be newer. While most of the hygiene was acceptable, there were still some yellow spots under the toilet seat in the bathroom.

The only thing I have to tell is that the place was dim and it could be a little bit spooky, but everything was good enough for its price. The place is a little bit far from the train station and the nearest exit of the station has no elevator.

The hotel is right next to a busy subway line, so some noise is unavoidable. However, if you close the window, most of the sound is blocked out. This is a self-check-in and check-out hotel by design. The subway station mentioned in the hotel's name is actually about a 10-minute walk away, but there's another subway station very close by. There are also izakayas and convenience stores in the vicinity.

Price is good, location is good, room is good, facility is good.

The location is around 10 mins walk from the Nippori station, hotel room is small but clean, reception is very friendly.

Nearly nippori station , walk about 15 min to station And then go to narita by ks skyliner

Cool little love hotel. Love the pillows other than that it’s what you expect of any older love hotel

The hotel is quite clean, and there are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It's about a 10-minute walk from the station.

Good value hotel and the breakfast was good. Close to train stations so it is easy to get to either airport. Although there are train lines nearby I did not notice any noice
