The place is clean but far from Akabane Station — you need to take a bus to reach it. We stayed on the third floor, and the stairs were very steep, which made it difficult with luggage. Rooms are small with thin walls and shared bathrooms. Check the location and setup carefully before booking.

Very clean, small room but for the price you can’t expect much more, it was nice, and once we got the heating working with help from the property owner, the room was quite cozy. Would definitely stay here again when I com back to Tokyo

Me and my wife found that Ohana Tokyo house was well maintained, clean with a cute and welcoming atmosphere, especially for the price point! The only real downside is the location, as Adachi city is fairly far from any real tourist attractions, and even though the trains are quick and easy to navigate, if you are bound for Tokyo expect to pay about 500-600 yen per person one way (The nippori-toneri liner - the closest train to the hotel - pretty expensive, - 290 yen for a 10 minute ride to nippori station, so if you are not alone, the travel there and back daily can round up to 1500 yen or more.)

Very clean and homely place of stay even for a longer time. The house is slightly out of the way and if you want to explore Tokyo every day, it can take an hour on public transport to get there. However, the surrounding area itself is a nice quiet neighbourhood which is perfect after roaming around in the hustle and bustle of the city.

It's a decent hotel for the price, but unfortunately there was a lot of dust, someone's hair, water in the sink, grease on the stove, etc. – this is due to Europeans who don't clean up after themselves. The location is an hour from the city center, where we spent a lot of time walking, and there are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The service is good – the owner always responded quickly to emails, and she's a very nice lady :) If you're looking to save on a hotel, you might want to check in here – 40,000 rubles for 12 days seems like a reasonable price.

A great place to stay overnight while exploring Tokyo. Intercity buses and trains are within walking distance. The hotel staff comes to clean the premises once a week, so everything is very clean and tidy. Overall, the hotel is well worth the price. I recommend it to everyone.

Very nice apartment with all the amenities. I had a good time. It's a bit far from the station, but there's a bus. I would have preferred it to be cleaner.
