Comfort Hotel ERA Tokyo Higashi Kanda

Overall, my stay was perfect! The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept really well at night. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were very quick. They responded promptly to any requests. The location is convenient, making it easy to find places to eat and get around. It offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

The hotel facilities are decent, but! As soon as I entered the hotel, there was a strong formaldehyde smell, and it was in the room too! The bathroom facilities were also very average, but the main issue was the strong odor. While sleeping, I could faintly feel a slight tickle in my throat! Thumbs down!

The hotel meets 3-star standards, but the service attitude, breakfast variety, and quality could be improved. There's a convenience store and a Chinese restaurant nearby, but transportation isn't very convenient as the subway station is quite far.

The room was quite spacious for Japan. There are plenty of food options nearby, and several convenience stores. It's about a 10-minute walk from Akihabara. While it's a bit of a trek to the nearest subway stations, it's still manageable. The hotel facilities are excellent; you can do laundry, and the room was cleaned daily. The hairdryer was especially good. I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Japan.

This feels like a pretty standard 3-star hotel. The location is a bit out of the way, about a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest subway station. There's a bus stop right across the street, but buses only come once an hour. On the upside, there's a 7-Eleven and a Chinese restaurant nearby.

Extremely satisfied. The service was excellent, and the attention to detail was impressive. The bathroom had a drying function, and the toilet had an automatic deodorizer, so there was no odor whatsoever. The location is very convenient, with three metro stations nearby. The hotel primarily hosts Western guests, and most of the staff speak English, so even if your English isn't great, you can still get by with gestures. The restaurant is small but open all day, offering a comfortable place to relax with free coffee, hot water, and nuts. It's also exceptionally quiet. The only minor issue was that the curtains weren't blackout enough, so the room got bright around 4:30 AM.

The room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. Outside of breakfast hours, the restaurant offers complimentary drinks and coffee all day, along with free small desserts. The hotel guests were predominantly Western Caucasians. The location is excellent, with numerous subway lines nearby, allowing direct access to various attractions and the airport. There are also many 24-hour convenience stores in the vicinity, so finding food is never an issue.
