Normally, in order to ensure that all guests have a comfortable and hygienic stay, we ask that you store your shoes and large luggage in the designated areas. However, we take very seriously the fact that some guests did not fully adhere to the rules, which led to the hygiene concerns and noise you mentioned. We believe that manners and consideration for others in shared spaces are especially important in a capsule hotel.
