FL Hotel Asakusa/Ueno

The accommodation is within walking distance to the Asakusa area, or you can walk to Ueno station to catch a train. The room had some dust, but the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom and facilities were small, which might not be suitable for larger individuals.

The room was tiny, probably around 10 sqm, and on the ground floor. The hotel was fully booked. It was walkable, but I found myself getting lost on the map for days because there are so many ways to get in. Definitely not suitable if you have luggage, as it's a long walk. If you don't have bags, it's fine though.

The room is a bit small but offers great value for money. The small double bed was perfectly adequate for two people, not too small at all.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and the location is fantastic for Asakusa. It's a bit of a walk to the train station, but otherwise, we have no complaints.

I arrived at the hotel quite late, but the Chinese-speaking front desk staff made the check-in process incredibly smooth and welcoming. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, clean, and hygienic, with very cozy interior decor. The room was a bit small, but still enough space to open my suitcase. There's a mini-fridge, which was great for stocking up on milk puddings and drinks. The subway station is about a ten-minute walk away.
