Hosts were very kind, room very cozy and the ryokan was super clean and warm. Even in colder days, in a few minutes the room was hot. Very old house.

Very nice and helpful staff! The rooms are cleaned every day. Beautiful and clean rooms. They laid out a double futon, it was very soft to sleep. On the floor there is a Japanese-style bath, it was great to lie in it. It would be better if it was possible to do laundry at the hotel.

The front desk receptionist/ owner speaks very good English. Overall, the experience is good save for 2 matters; 1. Proximity to the railway tracks. More noise disturbances from the trains but this will subside once the train services stops after midnight. 2. Narrow staircase up to the second floor. Those with big heavy luggages will find it challenging to lift them up and navigating the steep and narrow staircase.

The staff ( I guess he is the owner) is very nice. We checked in at night time and he even helped us to carry the heavy suitcases upstairs. The shared washroom and shower are actually fine , no concern at all , will book again

It was amazing to have experienced Sansuiso Ryokan. It's pretty close to the station and the river. There is a Convenience store close by. Amazing experience.

A wonderful ryokan in the center of Tokyo. Everything is in a traditional style, everything is very soulful. The location is excellent - next to the ring line station of the skytrain, you can easily get anywhere without transfers - Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ueno, etc. Next to the ryokan there is a nice embankment for walking with a view of the skyscrapers

This was my second time using the service. Even though I had not yet decided on a check-in time and had not been able to contact them, the room had already been cooled when I arrived just after 2pm and it was very comfortable. The B&B far exceeded expectations. Every detail was taken seriously. The receptionist spoke English very smoothly and introduced the B&B and the room in detail.
