The rooms are really good! The kitchen is basic and the cleanliness could use a bit of improvement (we saw a cockroach).

First off, the location is absolutely fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from JR Otsuka Station. Our stay was really good; the self-check-in was super convenient. It's a small place but has everything you need, and we slept very comfortably. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in Tokyo. A special mention: my child's beloved bear plushie was accidentally left behind. We emailed the hotel and received a quick reply. We were able to pick it up the day before we left Tokyo, and everything about the experience was so heartwarming. We're very grateful! ☺️

Nice hostel with private bathroom... easy access.. near konbini and yoshinoya... they have laundry as well

During my last visit to Tokyo Japan I stayed there for few days . The hotel was really good and clean . The location is perfectly fine exact nearby subway station and restaurant.

Good for budget stay, room clean and had a good night sleep. The hotel dont have elevator and the room is quite small. Location is great since its located near JR Otsuka, with 7-11 located just around the corner. the water pressure is good and we had a good shower as well.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the JR station. This was my second time staying here because I really liked the hotel. The only minor issue during this stay was a slight musty smell from the carpet, which was probably due to the rainy season and the high number of guests. Overall, I still had a pleasant stay.

I didn't notice it on my previous stay, but the bed in the room I had this time smelled like sweat, and I couldn't sleep. This was my second visit because I was satisfied with the location and price, but I was so disappointed... I understand the room might be old, but a sweaty bed is just unacceptable.

All was good, it will be excellent if the clean laundries are placed on a mobile rack while preparing to clean up the rooms. Clean laundries are placed outside multiples rooms.

The place is very convenient, near to Yamanote Line which is the very accessible to any metro and jr line… with also good food nearby Highly recommended!

The location is great, very close to the subway station. The Yamanote Line is super convenient for getting to many attractions.

I'm a returning guest, and the hotel is always clean, hygienic, and has a great environment.
