Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel, A Pan Pacific Partner Hotel

The hotel was extremely comfortable and spotless, and I especially loved that they used my favorite brand of bath amenities. What impressed me the most was the breakfast — there were unlimited fresh and sweet strawberries, as well as freshly squeezed orange juice, which made every morning feel refreshing and full of energy. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable stay.

Such an amazing stay for 8 nights here with my family . Completely felt at home with the plentiful amenities which included daily hand wipes for using while out. Room was impeccably clean, superior customer service, beds were incredibly comfortable with high quality bedding, and the list goes on. Also a great location, in Shibuya, but not directly in the busy section. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family or stay here again. Honestly the BEST hotel I've stayed in Japan!!!

Wonderful hotel that goes above and beyond for families traveling with children. From the child amenity kits and pajamas for our toddler to the crib and diaper pail for our infant we felt that every need was met which made for a really comfortable trip. The 7eleven in the hotel was the icing on the cake! We also were able to utilize the Poppins onsite daycare although this is run independently and you should book well in advance of your trip as only 1 day that we requested was available for booking. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The service was incredible. We were greeted at every turn with kindness and professionalism. Our only request would be that our 14yo mature daughter could have swam in the pool (it’s 18+ which we didn’t know until we tried to swim.) A few standouts where the hotel team went “above and beyond”: the superb cleanliness of our room, the porter and bellhop service, the concierge personally walking us down to the ballroom to ask if we could get spectator ballroom competition tickets last minute, the team allowing us to be seated us at breakfast at 10:27am when we were mistakenly told on the “express line” that it was served until 11am; and then even re-opening the omelette station for us. And finally, helping us reclaim a missing object left at our breakfast table—about 6 people jumped in to help us and saved the day! Thank you Cerulean, for the incredible stay, views, and above all, service.

Amazing hotel! I was given the corner room on Cerulean floor with lounge access. The view from the room is absolutely breathtaking! Love it so much
