The service of the concierge can be improved. They can be more friendly and helpful in providing information for tourists. The bell boy and girls were friendly though. They should provide benefits for i prefer members at the hotel restaurants. Need to walk abt 15min to reach the JR station. We stayed in a room with 3 single beds provided for 2 adults and 1 child of 7yrs old.

We had a little extra lost and found experience with the hotel. Response to my email was prompt and pleasant even though it was my daughter who forgot her personal belongings in the toilet. Well done, the housekeeping team!

Great for solo or family travelling! The hotel is located right by Shinjuku station (~10 minute walk) with a seven 11 inside and other amenities. Multiple restaurants are located inside the hotel as well, making it easy to eat.

Staff are very polite and their English standard is good. Room is big and nice, and you can see Mount Fuji on a clear day. However, lift to floor is unrestricted so anyone can go to your floor

All of the staff spoke a good level of English and provided great service.
The location is good. Easy access to Shinjuku station. Great night view to the light show. Airport buses are also available.
Buffet breakfast is available at 2 different restaurants. The taste was delicious. But the restaurant is always crowded and full of people.
The hotel’s public area is spacious and provides a clear guidance to the public facilities. However, the in-room facilities are a little disappointed to me, not like a 5-star style at all.

Tried to stay in Keio plaza hotel again after returned from Mt Fuji.
This time arranged us to south tower , though it said to be upgraded, the hotel room is not as new as Main tower, however, due to its not at executive floor, the toilet was not same as main tower which renovated. Room size is still very spacey and big enough for our big bags to open. It’s tidy and clean.
Breakfast offering at 2nd floor which is lots of choices. Food all yummy and fresh! Hotel prices gone up because of cherry blossom, however, it’s still the best location and walking to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden!

Very convenient location but south tower can be older in its furnishings. Beddings are super comfy though and the 2+1 rooms are very spacious compared to the standard Japanese hotel rooms in Tokyo. Check in and out also a breeze. Highly recommended for family stays in Tokyo.
