The facility and room themselves were fine. 10-15 minute walk to train stations. BUT, you cannot control the temperature in your room and are subject to whatever temp the hotel thinks is appropriate. In our case, it was 25 degrees Celsius (78 degrees fahrenheit) in October... no air flow, no windows that open, and it was SWELTERING. They brought us a fan, but there was no where for the hot air to go. It was so bad we opted to eat the cost, left after the first night and got a different hotel for the remainder of our stay.

As I am allergic to dust, it was not a pleasant stay in the tiny room with a very dusty carpet. Tooth brush, lotions, face mask were all available at the reception desk on 3rd floor. There are 3 small convenience stores (Lawson, Family mart, ?), ATM, and a few restaurants in the hotel. Breakfast is on the 25th floor with a nice view over Shinjuku. Metropolitan building is near the hotel. I did not use the underground tunnel to the station. The airport limousine bus drops you in 1.5 hrs from Narita to the hotel door.

Room is small but very clean. Conveniently located about 15mins walk to Shinjuuku JR Station. Hotel serve a lovely buffet breakfast on the25th floor with a lovely view and a good selection of food! Definitely need to try !

Hotel was really good, very near to shinjuku station and other shopping areas.
Room was little small but it has everything. Good return of money.
Remember to buy your own tooth brush and paste.

The room is a bit cramped for 2 people. But overall it is okay. Family mart is available 24/7 at the ground floor and the location is near to train station.

Excellent hotel, convenient location. Fantastic breakfast. But we would NOT recommend it.
Rooms very very small. Not suitable for a stay of more than 1 night.
There is nowhere to sit and relax in this hotel.
