It was a very nice clean hotel, and everything worked properly. The location was pretty good but a little far from the main station. The buffet breakfast was just okay. Overall, we had a pretty good experience.

Very good location. Near shopping area and many restaurants. Third time for stay here but this time the room quite not clean( lot of dust on the carpet in the room esp. corner area)

We were at the hotel less than 24 hours . Flew in for the oasis gig. Staff were friendly and the location was about 15 mins walk from Shinjuku station

Yes good place 👍. Nice staff fine breakfast. For Europe a bit small. But for Asia a nice size of room .

Great hotel for people who want to stay in Shinjuku

It was convenient for me to walk to the train station and restaurants where I wanted to go. I picked this because it was in a quiet street. That was no noise issue. It was small. There's no space to open your luggage. Put it on the bed to open it. Surprisingly, our room was not that clean.

The room was very small, with no wardrobe or space to hang clothes, so we had to live out of our suitcases. With two people in such a tiny space, it felt quite cramped. It seemed like the area between the table and the wall hadn't been cleaned in a long time, although the visible surfaces were tidy and looked clean.

The hotel is in a great location and more affordable than many other travellers hotels. So it wasn’t surprising to learn on arrival that it’s more of a business hotel. I didn’t love that the smoking room was the only option available, despite making a reservation for non-smoking. And the breakfast buffet was fine. Not really spectacular, and after staying for 6 nights, the same food every morning started to get repetitive. A bit more variety (maybe some fruit) would have been nice. But overall, it was fine.

The air conditioner didn't work properly and was very hot in the middle of the night. No outlet for second bed. I wouldn't booked again to be honest. Couldn't get myself to give a bad rating but yea.
