I liked the room size of this hotel and is closed by some tourist attractions. There are few options of the transportation to get around and the bus to ginza comes every ten minutes. Also, taxi to ginza is around 2300 yen which is not bad if you get really tired after shopping. I will definitely stay here again if travel with friends and families.

Shuttle was convenient. Room was tiny as expected, but it had all the things I needed. The thing that ruined my experience is something that I'd never expect from anywhere in Japan - I found a brown stain on my bed sheet. I had no idea until it was too late in the night, so I just decided to sleep on the other side despite the discomfort, to not bother anyone at 3am. Next morning I went to the reception and show them the photo, gently ask them to change it; there was not a single mention of apology but they repeatedly told me to call housekeeping after 10am and it gaslit me that I'm the clean freak who's demanding something out of the norm. It really didn't have to be a big deal but 1. The fact that there was a very apparent stain on my bed sheet, 2. How they responded to my request, has really ruined my experience there.

There are two Hotel JAL’s right next to each other, do note that this is the smaller hotel. I loved how close and convenient it was to the airport and the train line that goes into the city. I arrived early morning so at that time, their shuttle bus did not pick-yet guests yet. I took the train from the airport, crossed the road at the red light, and the hotel was right there. There’s a Lawson and 7/11 close by, they’re both otw to the train station. There’s also a small complimentary lounge on the ground floor that has a coffee machine and some pastries throughout the day. Everything was clean and the hotel was perfect for my transit in Tokyo.
