This was our second trip to Japan within the past 5 years. Previously, we stayed at a budget hotel which was cramped and small compared to American hotels. For this reason, we decided to splurge and I'm so glad we did. Splurge on the deluxe room if you value space and comfort. It not only made a huge difference, but it made our stay even better. The deluxe room comes with a walk- in closet, huge bathroom, and the room itself was big enough for a King bed and sitting area with a couch and chair. The staff provided excellent customer service at all times. The hotel is not that close to a train station so be wary of that, especially if you have heavy luggage. Also, this hotel is huge and navigating it takes time before you know where to go and how to get to the area's local restaurants and train stations. The hotel grounds have a beautiful Japanese garden with waterfall which rivals some parks. The only criticism I have about our stay is dining. As do all hotels, this one charges a huge price to dine on-site. You have access to local restaurants that are within walking distance for half the price. If you want to save money do a little research online and dine off-site. There are plenty of options around the area.

I am lucky enough to stay at a high-end hotel once or twice per year. Let me start by saying I am indifferent between most high-end chains and standard Westins/Marriotts/Hiltons, etc. Four Seasons hotels are different--you can always see and feel what you are paying for. The new Four Seasons at Otemachi exemplifies this. Needless to say, the public spaces and rooms are beautiful. Both the design and execution of the design are magnificent. If you are a connaisseur of construction quality, you will see what I mean. In terms of fit and finish, it is to a building what a Lexus is to a car. More important than the physical space, though, is the staff. Within a day of being here, it seemed to be that everyone knew who I was (so behave yourself, because you don't want to develop a bad reputation here). I ate breakfast (it comes with the room) here, as well as one lunch in the Italian restaurant and one dinner at the bar. The food, while generally not Japanese per se, had Japanese flair. The smoked salmon in my first-day breakfast salad was special, as was the veal salad and turbot with edamame pure' I had for lunch. The Japanese breakfast featured cod marinated in miso, which is something I enjoy, and it did not disappoint. The Waygu burger I had for dinner was better than fine but didn't quite match my favorite in Los Angeles, which is the burger at the bar of Cut. The waitstaff was attentive without hovering, and the bartender, Keith Motsi, was named the best bartender in Asia last year. I am not surprised. He won me with his familiarity of Hemingway's drinking habits, and his perfectly executed, bone dry, stirred martini (he rinses both the carafe and glass with vermouth before pouring in the gin). The pool is stunning, although I am mildly disappointed that it has no deep end. Alas, shallow pools seem to be the way it is with all hotels these days. New hotels usually have to go through a shakedown period before they find their footing, and it was pretty clear to me the Otemachi Four Seasons is already well grounded. Currently, it is expensive, but not crazy expensive. I wish them much success.

If you are a parent, you will not choose this place next time. Conrad’s facilities are not as new as Prince Gallery, but it is more child-friendly . We initially booked the stay here due to a very competitive price but were not expecting a lot tbh. We were pleasantly surprised. LOCATION. The hotel is located close to the city center, 10 mins from the metro station, with a well-stocked grocery store just opposite of it. Are is a residential one and really quiet at night which for me was a plus. ROOM. For a 3 person room, it was relatively spacious (not big by any means, but organized in the way that does not make it claustrophobic) with a kitchenette and a bathroom. I loved how well-stocked it was - we were provided everything we may have needed, including phone chargers, bath towels, disposable hairbrushes and kitchenware. It was also absolutely spotless, which I really appreciate. STAFF. While some staff members were more fluent in English than others, they were always very nice and helpful. If I ever come back to Tokyo, I would make sure to stay there again.

The difference is intense (> _ _<) menu is several kinds of vegetable salad, macaroni salad, celery. It is not a Viking but a single packaging, so there are few potions! Recommended Fukagawa Meshi is also a lunch style and the amount is small. There are several kinds of small bread. I didn't swell my stomach because it was troublesome to go to pick it up many times. Well, it's free, so there's no way ... I will use Nihonbashi Ningyo CHO, which I think is personally atari in the future (-_-;)

Stayed here for a concert at Tokyo Dome. The customer service at the front desk was very polite and nice! It was great to be able to stay in the room on the Tokyo Dome side. The room was clean and nice. We had breakfast in the morning and it was very delicious. If I had to say one thing, there were few types of amenities in the room and the amenities buffet at the front desk. But other than that, I had a very good and comfortable stay.

Hotel located in front of JR Suidōbashi Station and about 5min from the metro station, and also less than 5 min from the Tokyo dome. You have to register yourself and choose between facial recognition or cards to have access to the room and the elevators (the receptionist helped us with this step), the same thing to leave the hotel. Our room was not very spacious, the bedding was quite comfortable, the shower and wc spotless. We had self-service cotton swabs, razors, brushes and toothbrushes. Cleaning was done every 2 days. The breakfasts are very good, too bad the choice is limited there are only 5 possible choices. Good hotel.

I chose this as my first capsule hotel! After looking at the reviews and photos, I was worried until the last minute, but I thought I would be safe here. In fact, women were able to use the elevator with peace of mind as there was a private elevator where men were not allowed to enter. The bathroom and locker are combined, so you can take a shower anytime. There was a SALONIA hair dryer. The lockers were able to hold medium-sized items, and security was provided so that they could be opened with a card, so I felt safe! (I think it will fit a large carrier because it looks like it could have a shelf.) It was a little more expensive than other capsules, but it was cheaper than a hotel, so it was good. [Amenities] toothbrush set One large and small towel, and a towel for your feet. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the shower room (the conditioner finally works after a lot of use) Loungewear (top and bottom) The mattress and pillow inside the capsule were comfortable. I stayed at Comfort Double, but the room was clean and very comfortable. The pillows were fluffy and very easy to sleep. The hotel was also close to Jinbocho station and was very convenient within walking distance to Suidobashi station and Kudanshita station. There was a 7-Eleven next door and Lawson within 5 minutes walk, which was easy to raise food and drink, which was very helpful.
