I accidentally booked the wrong room and didn’t realize it didn’t come with a washing machine. After I contacted the hotel, the staff were very considerate and kindly arranged a room with a washing machine for me. I really appreciate their flexibility and thoughtful service—it made my stay much more comfortable and worry-free!

A very clean hotel with great amenities. The in-room washing machine and microwave were incredibly convenient. Location-wise, it is not right next to the main station area. It is located near the farthest station exit, so there is a bit of a walk to get to the main lines, but it is still very convenient. Service was mixed: we were refused extra pillows on night one (capped at 4), but a different manager happily provided them the next day after we mentioned that my wife had a stiffed neck due to the very thin pillows provided.

Great stay, very close to Tsukiji Market (although the actual fish auction has moved to Toyosu Market). We appreciated how convenient it was to the market shops, and were able to find nice places to eat nearby. The hotel itself is clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bathroom is only slightly dated but the room was otherwise modern and updated!

Hotel near Suidobashi/Tokyo Dome,Tokyo
RRuoxiqingni 2025.08.12
I came for a show at Tokyo Dome. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the station: cross a bridge, turn left, go up a slight incline, and you're there. A tip for an easier walk: after crossing the bridge, if you continue straight past the first traffic light and then turn left, the uphill path isn't as steep. There are plenty of dining options in the area. The hotel breakfast, as pictured, consisted of frozen items you could easily microwave in your room. It was quick, and the fish provided for rice was delicious. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. Its best feature is the in-room washing machine with a drying function, which is a huge plus compared to other hotels where you have to queue for communal laundry facilities. Since it was either sweltering and humid or raining during my visit, being able to wear fresh, clean clothes every day was incredibly comfortable. Furthermore, shopping, dining, and drugstores are all conveniently located nearby. Don Quijote is directly opposite Tokyo Dome. I also tried Katsukichi Suidobashi branch; their fried shrimp and tonkatsu were great, especially the tonkatsu. And the fast-food place under Suidobashi bridge? Their chicken leg curry and unagi gyudon were absolutely divine – you can even get them to go! I'd definitely come back again.

The hotel is located in Nishi-Shinjuku, and transportation is quite convenient, mainly because it's very close to the Hilton Hotel. You can buy tickets there for the airport bus to both airports, and the price is reasonable. There's a large supermarket nearby, which is convenient for buying food. The hotel breakfast is mediocre, so it's probably better not to book it; you can buy breakfast at the supermarket instead. The rooms come with a washing machine, microwave, and all the pots and pans, so you can easily cook simple meals yourself.

Within walking distance of two Ginza stations, laundry facilities in room extremely useful for longer trips and Staff are friendly and helpful even during the busy check-in and check-out timings.  Warning: Higashi-Ginza station's Asakusa line Platform 1 towards Haneda Airport does NOT have any elevator access and the only way to reach the platform is to lug your luggage down two staircases, connecting walkway and back UP two staircases.

The hotel is located in the old town, surrounded by many charming shops, perfect for exploring on foot. Getting to the airport is a breeze with just one transfer to the express train, reaching it in about 40 minutes. It's also conveniently a few stops away from Otemachi, making it easy to commute to work. The room itself is one of the more spacious business hotel rooms you'll find, and it even has a balcony. Overall, my experience was excellent.

My husband and I loved the hotel! The staff were polite, the location was very convenient and good, close to the metro. We had an amazing view from the window! The only problem was that the hotel building is not new, our bed was right next to the window, and it was very cold coming in through the windows. We were there in November, and the window frames really need to be replaced. It was very cold sleeping by the window.

Facilities: I really liked having a microwave and washing machine in the room. It also came equipped with an electric stovetop and cooking pots, making it perfectly suited for anyone who enjoys cooking. The in-room washing machine was incredibly convenient, saving me the extra cost for laundry services typically found at other hotels. Similarly, the microwave was great for heating up convenience store meals for breakfast. Location: The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient access to public transportation (Ginza Line, Hanzomon Line). There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's just a 9-minute walk to Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi. Housekeeping: Room cleaning service is generally provided for stays longer than 6 days. However, if you wish to dispose of trash or get fresh towels, you can simply place the corresponding magnetic sticker on your door. Service: The service was quite good. One evening, I couldn't locate a specific light switch in my room. After informing the staff, someone promptly came to my room to assist me.

This was my first time staying at a Tokyu Stay. The hotel is conveniently located just south of Shimbashi Station, right on a main road. While the room was a bit small, making it impossible to fully open a 28-inch suitcase, the price for a weekend stay in Tokyo was excellent value. The bathroom, on the other hand, was quite spacious and came equipped with a popular Refa shower head and hairdryer. What's more, it even had a drying rack, which is quite rare. But the absolute highlight was the in-room washing machine and microwave – incredibly convenient!

GGuest UserFacilities: There are washing machines and humidifiers, which is a good thing. But the washing machine was a little dirty, so I washed it three times before I dared to use it. Then the hotel is a bit old, and you can see obvious bumps and signs of aging. Hygiene: Cleaned once a week, usually only towels are changed, which is acceptable. Environment: It is more than 100 meters away from Tokyu Yutenji Station, which is a good thing. More convenient. It is also relatively close to Nakameguro. Service: After all, it is a business hotel, so there is basically no service. I had expected this before it came. This is normal. I think it is acceptable for people on business trip. After all, the price-performance ratio is relatively high. I think it may not be suitable for daily outings. Also, the hotel does not have breakfast.

MM310788****Excellent stay! The lobby staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient during check-in. Our room was spacious, bright, and very clean. We especially loved the large TV with 4K dedicated channels, offering vivid and vibrant picture quality. The shower had advanced facilities with great water pressure, and both the air conditioning and air purifier worked wonderfully. It's also nice to have the option to open the windows for fresh air. The washing machine and microwave were very practical. The complimentary coffee machine in the lobby was a perfect start to our mornings. A special shout-out to one of the Shanghai-born staff members, who was very diligent and responsible. The hotel is conveniently located: if you're coming from JR Shinjuku Station East Plaza exit, walk east towards Isetan, and once you see the LV store, the hotel is just 100 meters away. For the Toei Subway, Shinjuku-sanchome C3 and C4 exits are the closest. Shopping and dining options are all within 100 meters, and there's a 7-Eleven supermarket right downstairs. We'll definitely be back. Thank you!

11362688****Pros: I was quite satisfied with the in-room amenities; it came with a great washing machine and refrigerator! The room itself was very clean, and all the toiletries were well-stocked. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a convenience store, the subway, and my favorite abura soba place! It's not far from the shopping mall or Shinjuku JR station either. Cons: The air conditioner in the room blows directly onto the head of the bed, and my husband caught a cold from it! The room felt stuffy, and opening the window didn't help much. The curtains didn't block out the light, and combined with the stuffiness, I woke up many times throughout the night. In the morning, the soundproofing was terrible; children's voices echoed throughout the hallway! I was really sleepy during the day. The breakfast was also very minimalistic. For a hotel costing over 1700, the value for money isn't great.

EElis HamidTokyu Stay Gotanda is located near the train station (Yamanote & Toei Asakusa Lines). I had a wonderful stay there. Maybe slightly pricey (but I think that’s normal for hotels in Japan) but my room comes with a kitchenette, kettle, small stove, microwave, trouser presser, air conditioner, heating, washing machine with dryer, hairdryer and toiletries are on the ground floor lobby for your taking. There’s also a coffee & tea maker, ice machines complimentary from the hotel. Except for drinks from vending machines-that you have to buy. So overall it’s worth the stay.
