This was our first time booking through Trip.com and just ten days before our departure date! A big thank you to Kimberley S, who did a fantastic job organising everything and promptly communicating with us on travel details. Everything went smoothly and our holiday was great! We highly recommend and will definitely be using trip.com again for future travel.

Such a comfortable hotel near Putian Station! It's also super close to Haneda Airport, with a train at 5:19 AM, making early morning flights stress-free. Plus, there are so many restaurants and a shopping mall nearby. I even bought the Sanrio plushie I've always wanted at a shop nearby!

Stayed here for a few nights and honestly quite shiok. Room was very clean and well maintained, typical Japanese standard. Location also very convenient — walking distance to Shinjuku station and plenty of food and convenience stores nearby, so supper no problem. Staff were friendly and service was smooth during check-in and check-out. Amenities were decent, though nothing too fancy, but good enough for a comfortable stay. Overall very solid hotel if you’re planning to stay in Shinjuku. Good balance of price, cleanliness and location. Would stay again next time.

This has always been my go-to hotel for business trips. It's located in Aoyama, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. The hotel has a Seijo Ishii supermarket right downstairs, which is perfect for grabbing delicious snacks and homemade pastries. There's also a Matsumoto Kiyoshi pharmacy.

Location of the hotel is just right next to Yoga Station. Around fewstop to Shibuya. Accessibility are great and price are reasonable if to compare with other city center hotel. Basic amenity and with kitchenette and washer dryer inside the room are the plus point. Definitely wi sty again in my next visit to Tokyo.

This is a quiet yet well-equipped city. There are plenty of shops nearby, which makes the stay very convenient. I liked almost everything about this hotel. While there is no housekeeping service for stays under 7 nights and the carpet had quite a few stains, the rooms are very spacious. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful; thank you so much for your assistance and kindness. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area for business.

The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. Hot water was quick and Wi-Fi was stable. The location is convenient, and the hygiene details were excellent. The service was warm and thoughtful, and it offered good value for money. I would choose this place again next time.

Although the sparrow is small and complete, the bathroom is large, the bed is small, suitable for girls to travel, in such a small room, there can be a small table for three people to sit on, it can be said that it is like a residential change program, showing the essence of Japanese interior design. From the station, you need to go downstairs and cross the road, walking to Daiguan Mountain, very convenient. When I checked in, the front desk was very enthusiastic to inform the toiletries to pick up by yourself. Free ice cream in the freezer. In short, everything is very Tokyo. If I come to Tokyo next time, I will choose to live here.

We stayed at Hotel Yotsuya Shinjuku, and it's a great choice for city explorers! 😊 The hotel is super close to train stations - just a 5-minute walk. The rooms are comfy and clean, with everything you need. Staff are friendly and speak some English, which made navigating a breeze. Plus, there's a convenience store and restaurants nearby if you get hungry.

This Tokyu Stay Nihonbashi is clean, comfortable and most importantly, the location is strategic and is at JR line, that you can conveniently ride the train from Narita airport and to every where else stations. The room is spacious with a single queen bed, equipped with small kitchen equipment and the in room washer/dryer- the thing i am most excited about that i do not need to share with the whole hotel guests. The bathroom is spacious too, compared with other hotels in Japan that i have stayed in before. One thing to look at is the drainage of the bath tub. This might have been clogged before, therefore the water flowing into the sinkhole when showering is very slow. It makes me stand inside the bath tub with my shower water. Otherwise, the stay is still perfect. Thank you for your hard work and i will be back again in near future.
