1. When I called to make a request, they told me to call at 8pm. In a hotel, service should be round the clock. 2. When i requested for lotion, they said they dont give lotion. We booked to 6 different hotels in Spain. Only this hotel has no lotion. 3. There is no complementary water. If you need water, you have to go get it from the cafeteria. 4. The air conditioning system is not working. The only hotel we booked at with no air conditioning for 3 days. So we had to open the windows, hoping that no bird would fly in while we were sleeping.

Very busy hotel with many families and children. I would not recommend if you want a quiet experience. Swimming pool was quite dirty. And was not even cleaned overnight.

It's not far from Toledo's old town, and the parking lot is large and free. The lobby is really spacious, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The elevators are old and a bit noisy. The room decor is rather dated, and the pillowcases had stains. Breakfast was crowded; there wasn't a single Asian face, only white people, mostly older.

It's very outdated. The facilities aren't bad, but the passage of time is very noticeable. I used to go to this hotel more than 30 years ago, and it's practically the same. On the other hand, the breakfast didn't seem to offer particularly high-quality products.

The rooms were large and clean, but somewhat outdated. The bathtub was very old and the shower screen leaked... and there were very few electrical outlets. Furthermore, the only breakfast option was a buffet. If you want something simpler, there are no options, which I find regrettable.

The hotel is a bit dated, but everything is very clean. The pool is great, the restaurant is excellent, and the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options. The service is impeccable, from the reception staff who are incredibly efficient to the elegant and professional waiters. The room is very spacious, ideal for a baby who never stops crawling. We had a crib provided free of charge. It's a bit far from the old town, but there's easy access and parking.

The hotel is very good overall. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. However, the soundproofing in the bathroom was nonexistent; you can hear the water running every time the toilet is flushed and the neighbor's shower.

I found it very expensive for a hotel on the outskirts of Toledo, especially one that was old and hadn't been renovated. We also had to wait over half an hour to check in because of the long queue at reception (there was only one receptionist in a huge hotel), and the service in the café was very slow. I won't be booking there again.
