Hotel Santa Isabel

The staff is super friendly and helpful. From guide us to car park, recommend restaurant to try. Driving to hotel is very challenging, street and car park both are very narrow. Hotel not so big, but enough space, but very clean. The hotel rooftop is amazing, because of the height, you can have both sunrise and sunset view. The night view is gorgeous.

This hotel’s management is very much below par. We wasted well over half an hour after our arrival before being allowed to access the room we had fully paid for in advance because the management claimed they had no record of our booking and demanded proof that we had in fact already paid. Their whole argument fell apart when we showed them several emails the hotel had sent us confirming the booking, telling us the check-in time and asking if we needed car-parking! Their excuse was to say they didn’t know Trip.com, through whom the reservation was made, because they only ever get clients sent to them by Bookings.com or *******, which makes no sense at all. Of course, there was no subsequent gesture of regret by the management after having caused us to have to put up with this farce on arrival - an upgrade to a better room should have been the very least they could have done. The room we stayed in, however, was adequate and the hotel location good, but we will certainly never stay here again.

Perfect stay. The people in the hotel are very kind, the breakfast is delicious. Very comfortable.

Our stay at Hotel Santa Isabel was amazing. Although we only had one night in Toledo, we felt so welcomed. Juan at the front desk was a wonderful host, with excellent food recommendations and helped us explain to our taxi driver what we wanted to see. The views from the terrace are just amazing.

For a 2* hotel this is a little gem. Right in the centre of Toledo you are minutes away from sights, restaurants etc. The room was a good size, spotless and a really comfortable mattress. Shower was on the small side but more than adequate; breakfast was waitress service which was great and there was a good choice. Staff were helpful and patient especially trying to get car into parking space for a would definitely recommend this hotel

Brilliant hotel with excellent location, room quality and service. The building is an attraction in its self and the view from the terrace and rooms is worth the price alone. Breakfast is exceptional value as well and recommended to have.
