Our stay at Hotel Santa Isabel was amazing. Although we only had one night in Toledo, we felt so welcomed. Juan at the front desk was a wonderful host, with excellent food recommendations and helped us explain to our taxi driver what we wanted to see. The views from the terrace are just amazing.

For a 2* hotel this is a little gem. Right in the centre of Toledo you are minutes away from sights, restaurants etc. The room was a good size, spotless and a really comfortable mattress. Shower was on the small side but more than adequate; breakfast was waitress service which was great and there was a good choice. Staff were helpful and patient especially trying to get car into parking space for a would definitely recommend this hotel

Brilliant hotel with excellent location, room quality and service. The building is an attraction in its self and the view from the terrace and rooms is worth the price alone. Breakfast is exceptional value as well and recommended to have.

The hotel I stayed at in the old city of Toledo was fantastic. Although the room was listed as only 13 square meters, it was actually quite spacious. The breakfast was also delicious, and it felt incredibly luxurious. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel staff were very welcoming and sent an email reminding me to book parking in advance if I was driving. Their service was excellent.

It was so good… I thought it was a good idea to stay in Toledo ㅎㅎㅎ The cleanliness of the room, the friendliness, the view, the breakfast, the location, everything was so good :)

The hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of the old town, just 150 meters from Toledo Cathedral. Parking is convenient; the hotel has a paid underground parking garage, and parking on the nearby street-side is also possible and should be free. Breakfast is a set menu, simple yet delicious. The hotel lobby offers complimentary snacks and a variety of wines, which are very tasty. The third-floor terrace offers a nice view of the cathedral. The rooms are small; a single room is just right for one person.

This small hotel is a renovation of an old house in the ancient city. It is close to a public parking lot, a 5-minute walk away, and about 1 kilometer away from the cathedral and other major attractions, so it is quite convenient. But there are no restaurants or supermarkets next to the hotel. The room is small but quiet. Breakfast is freshly prepared for each person, which is OK, but it only starts at 8 o'clock. If you want to leave early, you need to arrange breakfast by yourself.

Fantastic hotel, great location, stunning view from the rooftop terrace, good breakfast. It was a bit hard to walk about 700 meters with the suitcase after getting off the bus, but it was definitely worth staying.

The location is excellent. The design of the hotel and the views from the terrace are spectacular. Very friendly staff. Very comfortable beds and good pillows. The room is small, but comfortable and warm. I would like to highlight the cleanliness, it is a 10. The breakfast is complete and rich. It was a great stay:) Thanks to all the staff!

The rooftop view is really nice. The location is good as it is a 3-minute walk from Toledo Cathedral. Overall, it's a bit old, but it's clean and the staff are friendly.

We walked through the narrow alley to the hotel entrance and went to the front desk to ask how to park. The hotel uncle came out and opened the garage door. The hotel actually had its own underground garage! Under the uncle's command, the gentleman parked the car. The hotel is very close to the main church. In addition, after returning to the hotel, I found that there is a terrace on the third floor of the hotel. It is particularly beautiful to take pictures of Toledo under the sunset. Don't miss it.

Everything is pretty good. Breakfast is also good. I just can’t understand it.
