Clean and tidy, staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend this for a short stay break. Price very reasonable

I found this hotel last year and loved the location, so make a point of booking it when we need to stay down this way. I have now met Silvia the new manager, very helpful and a smile that brightens the room. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her and she makes a good hotel a great hotel. We will definitely be back.

Very convenient, close to wedding venue, small hotel but offered everything what we need for two nights stay ,before and after the wedding. We are really impressed by the team how hard they work to accommodate us for early check-in. Great..

So we went to a wedding and because I stayed there previously I knew the location was good . As often happens we arrived an hour and half before. What I can say is that the team done wonders to accommodate us in no time. That is what a " team " means. Well done and thanks for everything. Five stars from us. Highly appreciated.

Would like to say staff at reception where great and very helpful however I am writing to express my disappointment with the breakfast service during my recent stay. The advertised "unlimited breakfast" was misleading, as it only applied to hot food that had to be specially ordered. Additionally, the breakfast hours were quite inconvenient, with the last call for breakfast at 8:30 am. Furthermore, the staff responsible for taking breakfast orders on 23/05/24 and 24/05/24 were extremely rude and unhelpful, which significantly impacted my overall experience and annoyed people getting ready for a wedding day which can be stressful. I hope you will address these issues to improve the service for future guests.

Wendy, the receptionist, was most helpful - from my having a phone query before I arrived, to the time my stay was over - nothing was too much trouble for her. She's an asset to the Wateringbury Premier Inn. The room had everything I needed, including a very comfortable bed. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the receptionist went above and beyond for accommodating us, very very helpful and made our stay feel like we were at home. The rooms are very clean and set out really well and the bed was so comfortable and the pillows i wanted to take home 😂

Room was immaculate. All the basic facilities you need in the room. It is everything that you need and want with in a hotel stay! Staff are very happy and welcoming through out the place. Vish who works at the desk was very welcoming and made the stay the best it could be!

Very friendly, helpful and approachable staff. Great location close to the venue that we were attending. Delicious food and great atmosphere in the pub next door. Decently priced as well. Clean room but it could do with a refurbishment. Would recommend and will stay again.
