Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice hotel however, the free WiFi was terrible and the hotel itself is expensive especially during the cost of living crisis. I think it should be considered that not everyone is going to be able to afford a £400 stay for 5 nights especially when the food there makes you ill. Me and my partner spent 3 days in bed due to food poisoning. It’s not worth the money and the staff need to have a better attitude when speaking to public because when we asked about air con, we was told there wasn’t any and our room reached 26 Celsius barring in mind we did have the window open and nothing changed. I had to wash the bath out due to it not being cleaned and we had to go to reception to asked for shampoo when we got there because it was as though water was filled up with a little bit of soap.
