投訴！銅陵派柏·雲酒店（如家旗下）衞生堪憂，服務態度極其消極，對未成年旅客權益受侵害！ 2025年10月4日，我在平台上面精心挑選了很多家酒店，最終選擇入住銅陵派柏·雲酒店（如家旗下），但是萬萬沒想到當天晚我就遭遇一系列讓我感受到失望透頂，非常糟心的狀況：首先是房間椅子損壞，房間內的椅子剛進去就看到，是沒有條件更換嗎，那麼大的一個酒店，為什麼連一把好的椅子都不願意提供給旅客，萬一有年紀大的客人坐上去，摔着了怎麼辦。其次房間內更是有大量蟲子出沒，一個房間裏面為什麼有那麼多蟲子？難道這裡是給蟲子提供的房間，床上，椅子上，更是數不勝數，裏面還有毒蟲子，甚至在凌晨12點甚至在我的床邊出現一衹獨角仙，嚇得我一個人（未成年人獨自入住）躲在衞生間近兩小時不敢出來。我是來這裏休息的，這裏讓我感覺到了折磨。 在入住期間我前後四次致電前台，催促處理解決問題，直至凌晨兩點多，前台竟對我的訴求全然遺忘！讓我怎麼休息，我來這裡是來旅遊的。不是和蟲子們面對面的。雖然後麪更換了房間，但是嚴重耽誤我的行程且徹夜未眠。我為什麼挑選這麼久的酒店，就是為了得到一個良好的入住環境，讓我得到更好的睡眠質量，在這裏入住，我什麼也沒有得到，相反我損失了很多，我後面玩都沒有精力去玩。 我要求全額退款時，他們看到我是一名未成年女孩，酒店前台態度強硬拒絕；現基於其衞生不達標、服務失職且房間內對蟲子的恐懼對我未成年人造成非常嚴重的心理困擾，我要求酒店對我進行賠償！！！

房間小，不是酒店更像旅館，定了兩間房，一間有血漬，一間有大便沒沖乾淨，很噁心。帶孩子的不適合去。窗户外面還有外面居民的樓梯和晾衣桿。體驗感很差。 設施：一般 衞生：差 環境：差 服務：熱情禮貌
