Tongling Tianjing Lake Jinling Jialong Hotel

Upon entering, we were greeted by Mickey Mouse and his family, which was a lovely touch. The room was spacious, and we even received a complimentary breakfast voucher for one day. We were very satisfied with the service.

Spontaneously decided to go on a trip and booked this hotel. The first room I was given was spacious but I wasn't keen on it. I talked to the hotel staff and they immediately helped me switch to another room, which my child absolutely loved.

This is the dirtiest and worst Jinling chain hotel I've ever stayed at, with the worst breakfast. First, the hygiene was extremely poor, not because of the holiday rush, but because there was grime buildup in frequently used areas like the bedside table, sofa, and shower door. Second, breakfast was almost empty when I arrived at 9:00 AM, and they cleared out the room promptly at 9:30 AM. The food was very basic, and there wasn't even a coffee machine. Third, the only good thing was that there was a self-service coffee machine and an ice bucket in the lobby check-in area. The pictures only show a small part of the room; the cleanliness of the room is truly unbelievable for a Jinling chain hotel and is unbearable to look at.

It is said that lightning protection is a bit serious, but the experience is indeed very average. The waiters I came into contact with didn't smile the whole time. There was a banging sound in the room, like someone slamming the door, the laundry room was dirty, and the breakfast was even more messy.

It's a complete mess. The most outrageous thing is that the swimming pool is one kilometer away. The room hygiene is also outrageous. It's the most outrageous hotel I've ever stayed in.

The sound insulation of the room is very poor. The sound of water running at night makes me unable to sleep. The hygiene is very poor. The floor is covered with lint. There are only a few types of breakfast. The price/performance ratio is low.

It cannot be delivered to the room. The reason is food safety? Is it safe to leave it outside downstairs and send it directly to the room? Knocking on the door at around 9 o'clock in the morning to clean the room? When I was about to check out the next day, I knocked on the door and asked if I wanted to clean? I don’t know how long I will stay? The most terrible thing is that the voice control in the room will suddenly play music for me! Tell stories! Auntie came to collect the dishes before breakfast was even finished. Why was it because I had eaten until half past nine? The service and some regulations of this hotel are really not up to par with the level of a newly opened smart hotel, and it is a waste.
