Crystal Orange Hangzhou Tonglu Station Hotel

There was uncleaned trash in the bathroom, which I reported to the front desk. The bed sheets had mildew spots. I've stayed here many times, so I'm a bit disappointed.

The room was spacious with a high floor and great views! It shares a business building with All Seasons Hotel, and seems to be the latest version of Orange Crystal Hotel, which I've always loved the vibe of. Despite the huge crowds during Chinese New Year, I could still feel the dedication in their service. After checking in, I called the front desk to ask for an extra blanket. They probably couldn't provide one at the time as the hotel was almost fully booked, so I had given up. However, when I returned after dinner, I found the blanket had been delivered to my room. This shows that the front desk noted my request and tried their best to fulfill a reasonable customer request whenever possible, instead of just brushing me off. This kind of thoughtful service is truly noticeable and appreciated. Many thanks to the front desk lady that day!

The room was quite spacious and very clean, which I was really happy with. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Tonglu. The staff even gave me a heads-up before check-in that the room might be a bit warm due to the strong sun during the day, so not turning on the AC right away was perfect. My only minor suggestion would be for the breakfast – there wasn't much meat. It would be great if they could add some bacon or stir-fried pork to go with the congee. The quality of the existing food was good and healthy though!

There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and you can walk to the Fuchun River in a few minutes to enjoy the river views, which is super convenient. The lobby design is luxurious, with an entire crystal wall that sparkles, complemented by a vintage and cozy decor style, creating an amazing atmosphere that's perfect for photos. The room was even more surprising! We stayed in a deluxe king room, which was spacious with a large floor-toceiling window offering excellent natural light and even a distant view of the Fuchun River. The entire room features smart controls, making it super convenient to adjust lights and curtains with just a touch. The aromatherapy crystals by the bedside emit a subtle fragrance that works wonders for sleep. The bedding is from a high-end brand, soft and comfortable, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, equipped with a smart toilet. The attention to detail in the toiletries truly reflects quality. What's more, the hotel's amenities are also very comprehensive. There's a gym with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a free laundry room, and a gym. Breakfast is a buffet with first-class river views, offering a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes, and it all tastes great. The service is absolutely impeccable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was quick, and we even received complimentary welcome fruit and a souvenir. The hotel offers robot delivery service, which is both convenient and fun. Whether asking questions or making requests, the staff respond quickly, making you feel very welcome.
