The Legend Hotel Fu Chun Jiang

During off-peak hours, they refused to arrange high-rise rooms because there was no hot water on the high floors; no free room upgrade; I came here for the swimming pool, but it took 3 elevators to get from the guest room to the swimming pool. There was no air conditioning in the corridor and the entire floor, it was freezing cold; this is the only hotel in Tonglu with a river view and a swimming pool. I had no choice but to give up the swimming pool, there would be better accommodation options. What era is this? There is no smart home at all! ! ! All toiletries including paper towels are inferior! Can you imagine that the toilet paper used in a five-star hotel is thinner than that sold at a roadside stall? The concierge has no service, open the car door? Towing a suitcase? Doesn't exist! The breakfast is not Tonglu style, but it is filling. There were few people staying here, and it was either dark or cold and eerie everywhere I went. It was terrifying! I won't comment on the room because of its age, but the bedding and pillows were not inferior and were okay. The river view from the gym is also ok.

The check-in experience was great. This is the most comfortable hotel to stay in Tonglu. Although the weather is a bit cool, the hotel's service is very considerate and warm. The hotel rooms are very good, the breakfast is also very good, and the best thing is the service, especially Mr. Hao from the concierge department is really considerate. I will come here again when I come to Tonglu in the future!

The room is spacious, bright, quiet, and has a river view! The service attitude is good! Especially the front desk and restaurant staff are enthusiastic and meticulous! They also specially prepared snacks for the children, which is very warm and thoughtful!

The hotel is in a great location, and the river view room is really nice. Manager Wang, who was in charge of the hotel, upgraded us to a family room with a second bedroom for free in advance. It was a pleasant surprise. The room was very quiet and the sleep was very comfortable. There were many types of breakfast, both Chinese and Western, and my family was very satisfied.
