The owner was a very friendly and helpful person. My trip to Tongren was solely for trip to Fanjingshan. Before my arrival, she was willing to help me book for transport to Fanjingshan the next morning. She even gave me a room that has no noise from the train passing nearby as she knows I have to get up early for the transport arriving early. Will recommend to my friends and families.

The location is excellent as it’s a stone’s throw away from the high speed train station, bus station and the Fanjing Mountain tourist bus station. There are many eateries and shops close by. The room was huge with a dining table. However, the owner was not helpful in helping us to secure tickets for the bus and Fanjing Mountain tickets.

The room's exterior view was a highlight; it truly had a river view, and the night view was also nice. It was very close to the station, and the service was friendly. There's a restaurant downstairs that serves delicious fish. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a great location, only 5 minutes away from the train station. The environment is comfortable, the price/performance ratio is very high, it is quiet, the rooms are clean and tidy, and there are humidifiers, sterilizers, washing machines, projectors and other facilities. The auntie is very enthusiastic. She turned on the air conditioner for us and gave us a bottle of water. The service attitude is really good, and it feels like home. This hotel is worth living in.
