Loved this place! The hotel is next to the river and the old cultural area. Right across the bridge has street food, restaurants, their famous matcha products, and shopping galore. The room was great! We can't tolerate smoke, so the room was a true non-smoking room. However, some other guests arrived and then we could smell smoke in the hallways and other common areas (even though there are signs posted for no smoking). It's still one of the best we've stayed in~. They have washers AND DRYERS, so it was easy to do laundry 😁. The breakfast was also nice quality with a variety of freshly cooked items. They even had warm water bottles at the front desk. The staff was also very helpful. We recommend 😊.

Lots of street food and restaurants close by. Also close by are grocery stores as well as other services. The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs and requests. Our deluxe room had a window in the sleeping area. The premises was clean.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the ancient town - just across from the nearby Xingshi Bridge. When I arrived the staff upgraded me to a bigger room overlooking the river - the view was stunning. They did warn me that the room was loud in the evening, from about 7 pm till 10 pm (and indeed it was) but I was mostly sightseeing at those times so it didn't bother me. Breakfast was small but tasty, and the decor was bright and comfortable. There are three dryers and washing machines to use. staff were all eager and helpful.

This Hanting hotel is perfect, whether you're climbing Fanjing Mountain or exploring Zhongnanmen Ancient City at a leisurely pace. It offers excellent value for money! I'll definitely choose this place again when I come to Tongren next time. There's a convenience store and local restaurants right downstairs, so you have plenty of breakfast options without having to go far. Within walking distance, you can explore the unique shops and intangible cultural heritage stores in Zhongnanmen Ancient City. In the evening, you can also enjoy the night views along both banks of the Jinjiang River. The experience is absolutely fantastic!

Friendly staff; very clean room with a beautiful view of the river and old town; delicious and healthy breakfast. Bus to Fanjingshan is just around the corner (1.5 min; 70 yuan).
