The room was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Highly recommended! We extended our stay because it was so comfortable and offered excellent value for money. It was a great experience, and we'd definitely choose this place again if we have the chance.

The service was excellent and very welcoming. We were traveling with a child, and the staff, concerned that our room might be too small, proactively upgraded us to a larger room for free. Dining options are super convenient – there's a street full of late-night eateries right next door, and a fantastic Doumi Hotpot restaurant directly across the street. We had a very comfortable stay.

The room was spacious and bright, though it had a few too many mirrors. The motion-sensor light in the walk-in closet was a bit annoying. The hotel charged a 300 deposit, which couldn't be refunded until several hours after checkout. The front desk staff had a bad attitude. I had booked a late checkout until 2 PM the day before, but the front desk didn't record it, and I couldn't get back into my room to retrieve my luggage after 1 PM.

Absolutely loved the enormous bathtub in the room – it was big enough for three kids! The room layout was also very well-designed. The Doumi Wild Vegetable Hot Pot downstairs was incredibly delicious; it wasn't spicy, which was perfect for the children, and we just couldn't get enough of it. There's also a lamb noodle shop, a convenience store, and a coffee shop downstairs, making everything super convenient. This is definitely the hotel I'll book again next time I'm in Tongren.

The room was clean and well equipped, comfortable. But the service staff are a let down. Upon arriving at hotel in a taxi, the staff at the entrance did not even bother to help us with our luggages. We are seniors approaching 80. He was just standing and looking at us, without any smile. The front desk receptionist answered no to our questions about where to get some food without too much chillies. He served without any smiles and just asked us to check online for restaurants Breakfast spread was disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Inadequate spread and food were not tasteful.  This hotel was about the worst of our stay I. Guizhou
