My stay at Wuzhen Shuixiangyi was very pleasant overall. The environment was quiet and elegant, and its location near the water lanes made getting around and sightseeing very convenient. After checking out, I accidentally left an item behind. The hotel proactively called me, carefully verified the information, and thoughtfully helped me keep it safe. The service was exceptionally warm and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were gentle and friendly, and the thoughtful details were an extra bonus. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Wuzhen.

Staying within the scenic area is really convenient for getting around, allowing you to enjoy both the night views and early mornings. The hotel's golf carts stop on demand for guests. Breakfast is served next door at Zhanshui, or you can try the morning tea at Zaochake.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Even though it opened in 2016, the furnishings don't feel old at all. The facilities are excellent, and the rooms are spotless. Staying here allows you multiple entries and exits to the scenic area, free shuttle rides, and a complimentary morning tea experience (reservation required). The food is unlimited, you can order as much as you like, and the variety is incredibly rich. The value for money is superb 👍🏻 Highly recommend!

We visited the hotel on a scorching summer day. The reception staff were fantastic and even upgraded our room for free when they saw we had an elderly person with us, which was wonderful! The room was spacious, the bathroom clean and tidy, and there was a water dispenser. The air conditioning worked really well – very satisfied! Breakfast was served at the neighboring Zhinshui Hotel, or you could choose Zaochake. We opted for the hotel breakfast and then paid to try Zaochake as well, so we got to taste both! It must be challenging to maintain a waterside hotel in a tourist area. Overall, a very satisfying trip!

We opted for the family suite, and I'd recommend checking in early to book your spot for the morning tea, as it's limited to 300 people per day. If you miss the free slots, you'll have to pay. The morning tea is a major highlight and definitely worth experiencing, especially if your room includes breakfast, then it's free. Wuzhen has improved so much compared to a few years ago – it's clean, hygienic, quiet, and comfortable, with shuttle buses for transport. After 9:30 PM, things start to quiet down. There are so many attractions in the West Scenic Zone, with lots of winding paths, making it easy to get lost. The scenery is absolutely stunning; it would be perfect if the weather wasn't too hot.
