The hotel provided a very comfortable stay 东栅is just right at the corner of the hotel.. The breakfast spread is also pretty good for locals and foreigners. The front staff are generally friendly and helpful.

Well maintained and relatively new hotel. Comfortable stay. Nice location. Plenty of food options around. Friendly guy at front desk upgraded me to a bigger room and gave me some tips on how to go about touring Wuzhen. Will stay again.

It is very good, convenient with good breakfats hotel. The service is very good, very friendly and I really like it.

From lobby to rooms was open air so had to walk in rain with luggage over rough terrain. No portering services. Location too far from town and restaurant closed early altho they made effort for us and food was excellent.Steps/ramp required to get to rooms so not for those w limited mobility. Dun recommend.

The hotel has a great location, right at the entrance of the Dongzha Scenic Area. Parking is convenient, and there are many restaurants nearby. Starbucks is downstairs. The room is clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area, and features elements of a Jiangnan water town, which I really like. The front desk staff are very friendly and provided detailed information on the scenic area. Thumbs up!

The room was large and comfortable, and Xiao Hu at the front desk provided excellent service, even upgrading our room. The room had a modern Chinese style, high-end and elegant, with complete amenities. There's a Starbucks and a snack shop next to the lobby, making dining very convenient. Just turn left outside to find a free shuttle bus to Wuzhen Scenic Area, and there's also free parking. Highly recommended!

There were dead mosquitoes on the wall above the bed, and the room's air conditioning wasn't working. It was incredibly stuffy when I got back to the room at midday, when it was over 20 degrees Celsius. I called the front desk, and they said there was nothing they could do. How could a reputable hotel not have 24-hour air conditioning? They just don't want to turn on the main air conditioning unit.

The location is convenient, right next to Dongzha, and it is very convenient to eat and drink. We booked a parent-child room with a large bed and a single bed, which was very comfortable. However, the room we stayed in was noisy because it was facing the street. The sound of cars coming and going on the road was still loud even with the window closed, which affected our rest. I was quite satisfied with the service. Xiaohua and Xiaodong were warm and generous. We made a mistake in the check-out time. The two were very polite and smiled and told us that it was okay and we should take our time. Overall, I am satisfied with the Kaiyuan brand.

This hotel is reasonably priced. The young lady surnamed Dong provided excellent service, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, especially the rice noodles and wheat noodles, which were both very tasty. I give it a five-star rating. The stay was also very pleasant, and I would definitely stay here again.
