The room was very clean, and the bedding was of high quality. For guests with pets, they even prepared bowls and poop bags. The restaurant service was excellent, and they had the air conditioning on before we checked in.

The hotel has a fantastic design, reminiscent of a Jiangnan water town. The room was spacious, and most importantly, the service was exceptionally responsible and excellent. We had a minor issue in our room, and they came to fix it promptly with a wonderful attitude.

Very close to Xizha. It's a large guesthouse with many rooms and warm service. However, because it also hosts tour groups for dining and rest, the cleanliness of the courtyards and public areas is a bit lacking, and there are many weeds. It's clear they're struggling to keep up. The restaurant is good; the food is excellent for a guesthouse. Breakfast is also very good for a guesthouse. The shower water pressure in the room is a bit low; those with long hair might take a while to wash it. There's a parking lot and EV charging stations. When you come to Wuzhen, don't forget to see the night scenery…

I specifically booked the duplex suite, which my child loves. It's a standalone unit, very quiet. It seems to be a pet-friendly hotel as I saw many dogs. The breakfast was quite ordinary, and since we went late, there wasn't much left to eat.

The environment is quite nice, and the restaurant offers courtyard views. However, breakfast needs improvement. The poached eggs were cold, and I was told they were cooked at 8 AM. There are freshly made wontons or noodles available, so I guess adding the egg to the wonton soup could be a solution. The air conditioning wasn't on because there weren't many people. After asking twice, they finally turned it on. The coffee had a strange taste. Overall, the breakfast quality doesn't match the overall style of the guesthouse.

The village-courtyard style design is simple yet sophisticated, with every corner a delight to behold and worth savoring. Built upon a base of warm, natural wood, it cleverly incorporates silhouettes and light effects reminiscent of an urban landscape. Every piece of furniture serves as a focal point, embodying the minimalist elegance of Eastern aesthetics while also offering modern functional ingenuity. This isn't just accommodation; it's an aesthetic experience.

I highly recommend this hotel! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a comfortable atmosphere. The decor is simple yet grand, with elegant green plants adorning the public areas. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with a well-planned layout that doesn't feel cramped. The bed firmness was just right, and there were two pillow thickness options, perfectly meeting my sleep needs. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, and the hot water supply was ample and stable. The toiletries were of good quality, not cheap-feeling at all. The most pleasant surprise was the attention to cleanliness; under the bed and in cabinet corners, everything was spotless, with no dust or hair. The service was another big plus. They proactively helped with my luggage during check-in, and when I needed extra towels later, they arrived within minutes. They were always available when needed, yet never intrusive. The restaurant menu offered a wide variety, with fresh ingredients and delicious food. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is an excellent choice.

This stay far exceeded my expectations, so I absolutely have to write a detailed review! The hotel's location is incredibly thoughtful; it's right next to the entrance of the Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area, just a 3-minute walk away, yet it avoids the noise of the main road, offering a peaceful retreat in a bustling area. The hotel's design is very stylish, with warm and soft lighting, and comfortable sofas in the waiting area. During check-in, the front desk attendant provided service with a constant smile, proactively introducing the hotel facilities and local attractions. She even thoughtfully upgraded us to a scenic room, which earned major brownie points. Throughout our entire stay, from service and facilities to cleanliness and dining, every single aspect was impeccable. The value for money far surpassed other hotels in the same price range. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

The room was clean and comfortable, and I really liked the loft layout. The best part is having a bathroom on the second floor, so you don't always have to go downstairs – that's a huge plus! The courtyard is very pleasant; it was lovely to sit outside, have some tea, and chat. Breakfast was also good, especially the beef noodles. The service was very thoughtful and welcoming. I'd love to come back with a few friends in the spring! It's super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the scenic area, and there are lots of restaurants across the street, plus many choices for late-night snacks. Highly recommended! There's also a pool, which makes it very convenient for families with kids in the summer.
