Dockside Boutique Hotel

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The service and breakfast were also excellent. Both of our rooms were upgraded, and the views were beautiful. The shuttle bus was also very convenient. It was a trip that my whole family thoroughly enjoyed.

My friend and I both got free upgrades. The hotel is luxurious and has a classic, antique feel. The location is excellent, right by the shuttle bus stop, water activities area, and pier. The breakfast was also very generous.

Located inside the scenic area, you can take a shuttle bus from either entrance 1 or 2. The room was great! Since we had a child, they kindly upgraded us to a king-sized bed room. The view was beautiful, with blooming lotus ponds just outside. It's also super convenient, only about 50 meters from the hotel to the core area of the attraction.

The hotel's location is excellent, the rooms have a charming antique feel, and the hotel itself offers beautiful views. The breakfast is top-notch, but the best part by far is the service.

Choosing this hotel was definitely a great decision! It's right inside the scenic area. The staff were very welcoming and thoughtfully provided a travel guide, which saved us a lot of trouble. The room was clean, odor-free, and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay.

The hotel entrance is right by the shuttle stop, making getting around super convenient. There's also a water play area, and stepping out of the alley leads directly to the main street. The location is truly excellent. The lobby, hallways, and rooms are all beautifully designed to match the surroundings. The ground floor even has a lotus pond, a small bridge, and weeping willows – absolutely stunning! My room had a beautiful view from the window, and I woke up to birds singing in the morning. The breakfast was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. The only downside was that the air conditioning only blew air and couldn't be adjusted for temperature, so it was a bit chilly, making showering uncomfortable, and the staff's service was lacking in that area. However, the front desk reception staff were all fantastic.

The hotel was okay, and the cleanliness was decent. However, the hotel's location is a problem. Food deliveries couldn't reach us, so we had to take a taxi to pick up our orders ourselves. Taxis weren't allowed to drive directly to the hotel entrance. We had to walk a kilometer with a child and two large suitcases to get in. Checking out was even more ridiculous. It was pouring rain, and we had no umbrella. No matter how much we tried to explain to the security, they wouldn't let a car drive to the entrance of Tourist Service Center No. 1. There were so many cars inside, couldn't one just come in to pick us up? Especially when it was raining so hard, and we had a child and two big suitcases!

Traveling alone in Wuzhen, the bed was a bit small and the soundproofing wasn't great. The only fantastic thing was the breakfast – it was incredibly rich and exceeded expectations, plus the environment was lovely. Traveling during peak season always means a slightly less ideal experience.

The environment is quiet and the service is attentive. The location is incredibly convenient, right in the center of all the attractions. It's especially suitable for families with kids who want to swim, as the hotel is right next door.
