Wuzhen Tong'an Inn

The hotel overall exceeded my expectations. The environment was clean and well-maintained, with the bathroom and tables spotless. The staff were friendly and polite, and any requests during my stay were handled smoothly. Breakfast was generally satisfactory.

The rooms have an antique charm. We booked a standard B&B room but were upgraded to an even better one. The front desk staff was very nice, and there were free fruits available 😬😬. They offer two types of breakfast: a dim sum style breakfast or the hotel buffet. The cleaning lady was also very kind. It's definitely worth staying here.

The hotel's location is perfect, right next to the entrance of Wuzhen West Scenic Zone, which is incredibly convenient. It's quiet at night, but lively during the day. The room was very clean, and the staff were enthusiastic and helpful.

A huge shout-out to the two ladies at the front desk – their service was absolutely outstanding! They were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. Not only did they upgrade us to a riverside room free of charge, but they also offered invaluable tips and assistance throughout our stay. Whether it was help with our itinerary, transportation, sightseeing recommendations, or any other small query, they patiently helped us with everything. They truly made us feel at home! Thank you so much for your dedication and lovely smiles, which made our Wuzhen trip even more special. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Wuzhen! Got a free room upgrade, and the room was spacious with a bathtub. The outdoor environment was lovely, and the location was convenient. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, proactively helping with luggage. Thumbs up for the great service! 👍🏻

The room's location is excellent! It's not far from the entrance of Wuzhen Xizha. Our luggage was delivered directly to the front desk. Amidst the bustling crowds of Xizha, in the hot and humid weather, our child loved it so much that we really didn't want to leave! We'll definitely come back again, and stay for a few more days next time!

After checking reviews of a few places before coming to Wuzhen, we finally settled on Tong An Inn. It's right near the West Scenic Zone entrance, and everything from check-in to staying there was fantastic. Our accommodation included breakfast, and the front desk staff warmly recommended the morning tea, which was very unique. The room was clean and quiet. When checking out, a lovely and kind young lady helped us with our luggage and called a car for us, which was a very thoughtful touch. It was a really good stay overall, highly recommended!

Exceeded expectations! I was worried the facilities would be outdated, but it turns out I was wrong. Everything was very well-maintained, and the location is fantastic. Highly recommend, I'll definitely stay here again next time.
