However, the cleanliness and facilities were quite disappointing: the hygiene level felt like 1-2 stars, and the room's cleanliness was very average. There were also many issues with the facilities. The shower water temperature couldn't be adjusted at all, it was so scalding hot that it was unusable. The toilet also didn't have dedicated toilet paper, only very thin facial tissues, which was extremely inconvenient to use. 1. Location - Very convenient and near the old city, dining is within 5-10 minutes walk, the bus to Hangzhou is also near, the entrance to Wuzhen scenic area is very near. 2. Room - the toilet smell of urine and I wanted to wash the smell away but there was no waste hole. Probably the housekeeper just mopped the toilet. The next day the smell cleared. AirCon is good especially on a very warm and humid day. 3. Front desk - helpful on directions and advise on buying entrance tickets, tips, and also how to buy the bus ticket to Hangzhou.

Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The front desk staff was patient and explained everything clearly, making me feel right at home. It's also incredibly close to the Xizha Scenic Area, just a two-minute walk away. Highly recommend!

Hotel location is very near to Wuzhen water village..There are many restaurant around the hotel which is convenient. Just bear in mind the hotel is a 3 storey shop lot which has no lift. If you carry a big luggage with you, better to request the room in 1st or 2 nd floor..
